We stopped at the Filvarok Hotel on the way to Kyiv from Berehove. Spoiled the mood from the holiday! The restaurant ordered a duck with apples and prunes. There were no prunes in the dish at all, and half of the duck (as the waiter said) were 5 dry pieces that were not cut with a knife, nor was it possible to bite off! The administrator, smiling, said that the order would be canceled, offered to take another dish with a 10% discount.

And then they brought the calculation in the form of 2 unreadable checks (there is a dark room), the amount was written on a piece of paper with a pen. We paid, but it seemed like a lot. In the morning, having examined the checks, it turned out that they had paid for everything!

During a trip to Western Ukraine on May 16-17, we decided to stay at the Filvarok Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that there is such a place on the highway near Zhytomyr. The hotel is furnished in the Ukrainian style, which gives it a special charm and distinguishes it from others. The people who created the hotel are very enthusiastic, as it is not just a place where you can sleep, but also a cozy area where stone bridges are thrown over the streams connecting the fountains.
