I'll start with the negative. Because that's how our vacation began.
In a beautiful building at the reception, we were given guest cards and told to go to another building.
This immediately alerted me, because there were no other beautiful and new corpus on the site.
Our habitat turned out to be a slightly retouched Soviet building. From the start, I was surprised by the rapid construction activity at the entrance and the stairs on the facade.
The room did not have a balcony and the air conditioner did not work. The view of the sea was hidden behind the trees. We discussed all this when booking with the manager Denis. We went to the reception. . . there the girls made round eyes and said that there are no such rooms now. Will be in two days.
Those. in fact settled in a room class and the price is lower.
And this despite the fact that in a month everything was agreed and 100% prepayment was made.

We were offered to somehow resolve the issue the next day. They say they will contact someone higher.
On the trail. day apparently no one was itching about this, again silence, picking at the computer, round eyes.
We ourselves have already offered them to include dinners in their stay in order to compensate for the difference in the price of rooms.
Number.
A small number for two was repaired, but somehow without any thought through the process.
Toilet and shower are combined. Moreover, there is no shower stall, but it is stupidly fenced off with a curtain. The shower is humid all the time, there is no hood. Things don't dry out.
The floor is wet. It's funny that on the facade for this reason, our fellow citizens pulled ropes to dry things. Everyone had a problem.
The air conditioners were connected all the time during the rest, builders climbed the facade, mumbling something right out the open window. They haven't turned them on for a week.
At the entrance to the building, something was hollowed out, some wires were laid.
Couldn't this have been done before, or rescheduled for, after the high season?
Another negative is the paid parking for guests. 50 UAH per day. Somehow not at all humane.
As a rule, this service is free for guests.
We drove into the territory to bring things closer. They drove through the guard at the barrier, who told how the director bugs them that "there is no income in the parking lot. "

Summer cinema is paid.
Of the + moments - an excellent park on the territory, clean beaches. Swimming pool (not sea water).
Very decent buffet. Delicious and varied.
And, who else cares - "WiFi throughout" - this is advertising. Catches far from everywhere. We had no signal at all in our room.
On the beach it's fine.
