We rested with our newly-made wife at the end of September 2011. The overall impression is excellent. Of course, the sea was a bit cold for us, but we were ready for this.

The room that we got (Modern building - suprior room SOUTH) - exactly as in the photo from the hotel website. Excellent decoration, gorgeous view from the windows of the sea. The frightening proximity of the cargo port did not affect our rest at all - it was quiet and calm.

The territory of the hotel is a beautiful park descending its paths to the beach, quiet, cozy corners with swing benches. In general, everything is very well maintained, although the condition should be monitored more carefully. Swings and benches have already rusted in places, but in a small way. The park is full of darkness and darkness of cats! )) but my wife and I are still cat lovers, so we really liked it.

I advise the hotel administration to organize a "cat's house" - a small arranged place where they can be "officially" fed - all the same, vacationers feed them, despite the many announcements asking them not to feed the animals. construction of some more "pump rooms" continues on the territory, but local builders are working quietly, which cannot be said about the neighbors - the construction of either a hotel or a private house, which used to get noisy - again - by no means fatal.

Service - here there are negative impressions. I would rate it 4-. I myself work in the service industry and I know what service is. The girls at the reception are nice, beautiful, polite, helpful, but they are easily confused by a simple question, like where to eat after midnight)), or how to wash clothes.
There really was nowhere to eat after midnight, of course we were already out of peak season, but nevertheless, only the bar on the beach worked - disgusting service, drunk, arrogant and boorish bartenders, pizza resembles a stale salad on fig pita bread, they only took drinks there. when they didn’t have time to buy in a store that is located on the territory and resembles a village general store - there is everything, but the saleswoman is also expensive. All of this is worth working on. I would just change all the staff at once, except for the reception and maids. They just work well, the maids do not become impudent, the room is cleaned on request - somehow I even like it better. For a long time we were looking for how to wash clothes, we were told that there was no laundry (very strange! ) But you can think of something - as a result, they washed everything for us and even removed stains for 100 hryvnias.
The last three days of rest were haunted by drunken cries and a disco by some corporate people who rented a hotel for a conference. Is it really impossible to separate them from the few? vacationers at this time? ? ! for them, both food and drink were clearly at any time by the way.

All of the above, despite the negativity, did not spoil my relationship with the hotel, gorgeous Yalta landscapes. wonderful air, beautiful, clean pebble beach - they did not let me pay attention to the little things in life))) If possible, I will go again.
