1. When booking a hotel, we agreed on one amount, and upon arrival, the hostess demanded an amount of 100 UAH more.
2. The dining room is very dirty. Crumbs from the table after previous visitors are never cleaned. There is no salt or pepper shaker on the table. There are small saucers with salt, where everyone sticks their hands.
3. Service is terrible! Every time they wanted to order something from the menu, they listened to a ton of negativity from the waitress Natalia, who was always indignant that we were not ordering dumplings. We were 6 people. And Natalya, through scandals, agreed to cook something other than dumplings. In addition, we were constantly scolded if we skipped breakfast. Breakfasts are terrible. Cheap sausage without meat and bread with a transparent piece of cheese 2 x 6 cm. If you order something from the menu, then everything is in hundred-year-old fat or burnt.
4. The room is dirty. Obviously they don't clean up after previous guests. Bed linen leopard and in spools. Towels are old, washed out, with holes and loose threads.
5. The shower in the room does not flush. All tiles are moldy.
6. No room service. Garbage was not taken out for 6 days. There is no toilet paper. There were no shower supplies.
7. Double beds as one and a half.
8. For the celebration of the New Year in this kennel they asked for 1800 per person. This is over the amount for such a service and such food.

Chose this hotel based on reviews, especially for food. The food is really great. 3 days cafe food. The staff is friendly. Helped in everything. But with the choice of skis, I would advise ski school training, especially for children. I would go there again.

Every year we stay in Zgard. I like everything, especially the cuisine, the food is the most delicious on Dragobrat. This is worth living here! Hazyayva are very sincere people, they will prompt, help. Thank you for a good holiday. You are best.

We have been going to Dragobrat since 200.2 times a season and this has never happened: we arrive by Lviv-Yasynya train at 23.00 and leave at 01.26, we were warned about this in advance when booking, we booked another 08.01, and the check-in was 29.02, we had to leave today at night, but this morning it was not even the hostess herself who told us, but the waitress told us that we needed to check out before 12.00 and went into denial, because. a group of skiers came to them at the price of the high season and, of course, all agreements with us were canceled automatically! Booking at the hotel at a 50% prepayment, we sent several payments, upon arrival the hostess began to raise prices for us, instead of 600 UAH for a double room and 700 UAH for accommodation for two in a triple room, she gave us a room for 800 UAH. and forgot about one payment, they wanted to insert 1750 UAH, it’s good that we had bank checks and barely proved that the prices were lower.
Separately, I’ll write about the bar: I’m professionally drunk on alcohol, we always dined at this institution and were delighted with the kitchen, but for 2 years in a row, underfilling became their feature and when you make a remark to them, they recalculate the bill with displeasure.
Rooms: one room was cleaned unscrupulously, there were children's socks under the bed when they tried to open the balcony, the entire balcony frame fell right on us, in another room the toilet was not attached to the floor, staggered, there was mold on the ceiling in the rooms, in one room from the ceiling fell, if not sawdust, then it just dripped from the ceiling straight into the bed and you constantly hear that the mice are nibbling something, the garbage has never been taken out of the rooms for 5 days, I'm not talking about cleaning.
Bottom line: we moved out earlier, spoiled our mood, a day of skiing down the drain, we asked to leave things at Stepan’s hotel (we lived there last year, we were delighted with her, we wanted to get there this year, but there were no places : (), we left without problems , without additional payment, and one dinner in Zgard eventually burned out. In general, the human factor, as always, decided a lot.
But Drag is great, pleased with sunny weather and a wonderful wheelchair!
