In this hotel we lived according to the program "NECKLACE OF THE HUTSULSHCHINA" of the tour operator AKKROD-TOUR from August 16 to 18.2018. We spent the night for three nights. When settling in the first room that we were given (not the main building, but the second, in the yard), they immediately found it. That in the shower water flows like a river from the ceiling and walls. The neighbors on the second floor were taking a shower, our floor in the shower room was ankle-deep in water. We told the receptionist about it. In the evening we arrived after the tour - no changes. In the morning, at 8 o'clock, I tried for a long time to wake up the administrator on duty through the maid. He came out sleepy after 25 minutes. He came to our room and asked smiling: “Should I build a second room for you? ” We were eventually moved to the main building in a room in which the front door had to be slammed hard to close it with a key and knocked out with a shoulder to open it. The doors in the shower did not work, the administrator was told about it again. There was no reaction. Only the next evening, having arrived from the tour, we saw that the doors were being repaired. However, after the repair, the locksmith did not lock our door with a key and the room was open. A lot of tourists in our group complained about dirty rooms and various problems in their rooms. The hotel administration retorted that there were no free rooms, although all the time there was a running line above the entrance: "There are free rooms. " So it was possible to relocate to normal conditions. The Hotel was waiting for tourists from Latvia, who had to choose the best rooms for themselves. Like this.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. If you want to take a chance, you might be lucky to get into a more or less decent number. In our travel group, most of its members have negative reviews about this hotel.
