The sanatorium belongs to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the main contingent here is retired Ministry of Internal Affairs, with a pension of 20-21 thousand UAH, they pay only 25% for the ticket. It is possible to rehabilitate here under such conditions, especially since many of the regulars of the sanatorium go for procedures in the neighboring "Shayan" sanatorium, where the equipment and set of procedures is much larger. Indeed, there are not many procedures here, the equipment and technology are still rudimentary, and when you bought a ticket for 12 days for a lot of money, only 5-6 sessions of free physiotherapy are available. In the vestibule of the sanatorium there is its own pump room with both types of water.
Nutrition is also not impressive, although, strangely enough, there was no feeling of hunger, maybe the water quenches it. The staff is friendly, attentive, but only to a certain extent. Sanatorium MRC MIA "Shayan" has two separate buildings Sleeping and Medical. The treatment is located in the best place of all Shayan sanatoriums. There is simply no better place and there never will be. The whole life of the village revolves around it. The building is new with a luxurious medical base, its own pump room, indoor pool, gym, playgrounds, mini cafes, with rooms for any wallet size and, accordingly, the area and bells and whistles of the room. I can’t say anything about the sleeping building, it is located 100-150 meters away, it was a Soviet-era building, outwardly “nothing”, it has never been inside.
Well, now about all this in more detail:
medical base - there is probably everything to patch up shaky health. Doctors are attentive and clearly describe and explain procedures. The rest of the health workers are doing their job conscientiously, without any hint of additional remuneration. Here 5 out of 5. Of course, people will be happy with an additional 20-50 hryvnia of gratitude, but believe me, they will do the same job, except that they will be glad to see you more than the rest.
own pump room, yes it is. But there is a "BUT" here. Water enters it from the main pump room, which is located 50 meters away. And in these 50 meters is the whole question. Either its consumption is not significant and it stops in the pipes, or I can’t say for some other reason, but it seems to be losing its properties. Let me tell you how it was for us. They drank water for a week, reached the normal volume of 250-300 ml. and somehow there was a feeling that it did not work at all. After talking with people who come to the sanatorium for the eleventh time, they looked at us with surprise and said that we should not be lazy and go to take water from the central public pump room. We listened, went down and drank what seemed to be the usual dose, and that's when it started. I have a temperature in 20 minutes under 38, two hours and again 36.6. Potty children, etc. The water work has begun. In general, only the central pump room was used further. Naturally, having reduced the dose, we started all over from the beginning.

Somehow they didn’t enter our children, they walked across the road (cars here crawl at almost the same speed as cows), there are a lot of children and there is where to put strength. Somehow the children did not burden me with whining from idleness, as sometimes happens, they always found something to do and the company always, there are a lot of children from other sanatoriums and this is all right in front of the gates of the sanatorium.
Accommodation. We lived in a four-bed, one-room suite with a balcony, a gorgeous view, a fairly spacious room. In terms of cost, I can’t say for sure, but I know for sure that Shayans have become two times cheaper than Morshyn in terms of money, and the therapeutic effect is many times greater. We didn’t come by the numbers to sit, so I won’t focus on the place where I just come to spend the night.
NUTRITION!!!!!!! ! And here the whole vacation ends, and everything that the huge team has done is completely crossed out. It is simply impossible. No, I understand diet food, but it can be prepared deliciously. At least it might look like food, not vomit. Dishes are all chipped and cracked. Talking and swearing was completely useless. Nobody cares. 20 days of such a gruel. I FEED BETTER IN THE ARMY!!!!!! ! After a week of torment and communication with the management, nothing has changed and we switched to eating outside the sanatorium. The management of the sanatorium flatly refused to make a cost adjustment. There was an interesting case study. At the table next to us sat an elderly general's widow, with a girl who looked after her. For the first few days, she patiently and quietly resented this slop. Probably for 4-5 days, unable to withstand these bullying, she arranged such a dressing there that they put her in a banquette and cooked separately....so bitches can still do it!
This year I called to ask if the manager of the kitchen had changed. No, it hasn't changed. And unequivocally decided not to go and spoil the rest. Fortunately, there is an alternative in Shayan. It just amazes me how much you have to be a greedy thief in order to oversleep the work of the entire sanatorium, just because you want to steal more. Is this infection so firmly entrenched in the board of the sanatorium that you need to endure and watch how it is destroyed !!! ! People, come to your senses, drive this creature out of your team and your sanatorium will be packed with vacationers and you will have a lot of work all year round. Accordingly, money. This creature steals primarily from you, his team.

I have been going to Shayan for many years and have been to this sanatorium 4 times. There are really 2 buildings in the sanatorium, which are very different from each other. I won’t advise anyone in the bedroom (poor environment, torn bedding and they also caught mice with an ordinary glass jar for a nickel, because they ran around the room during the day), but in medical -bedroom is not bad, especially in expensive rooms.

I have been going to Shayan for many years and have been to this sanatorium 4 times. There are really 2 buildings in the sanatorium, which are very different from each other. I won’t advise anyone in the bedroom (poor environment, torn bedding and they also caught mice with an ordinary glass jar for a nickel, because they ran around the room during the day), but in medical -bedroom is not bad, especially in expensive rooms. Food is very canteen and not as dietary as in san. Shayan (which is opposite), but by order, so there is a choice. There is a pool that is also open on weekends, so it's convenient, especially in bad weather. The rooms have air conditioning in case of heat. The plumbing leaves much to be desired, sometimes the shower does not work, sometimes the toilet barrel does not draw water, etc. And in August 2013. there were also big problems with water, those who did not have time to wash themselves... there is no pressure anymore, there are a lot of people (as the director explained). Who needs to be treated, I can advise him (all procedures in the building, water, etc. ), but for relaxation it is better to choose Carpathia or Visak.
