Stayed here for 2 days. Of those hotels that I managed to visit in the UAE, the Ritz left the most, most pleasant memories! Here the European service is dressed in oriental design. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The territory is green and well-groomed. Great service! Everyone is very polite and attentive, in the restaurant the waiters try to anticipate the desires of visitors.

Everyone is very polite and attentive, in the restaurant the waiters try to anticipate the desires of visitors. At breakfast, I decided to try Asian cuisine, chose the most not spicy dish, but it turned out to be unbearably peppery for me))) The waitress, seeing my panicked waving, immediately rushed and brought a glass of water. But the most pleasant thing was when, returning late in the evening from a walk, I saw sweets on the table with a postcard, the bed was spread out, the pillows were fluffed up, and there was a dressing gown and slippers nearby. Fresh newspapers were waiting at the door in the morning. A very decent hotel!

I was with a 5 year old child and a friend with the same child. Very good service. Immediately settled in the room - very good, with two large single beds. On request, they offer small ones for children - we didn’t take them, ours wanted to sleep with their mothers : ). For children, an excellent water slide is low, fearless, a lifeguard is on duty all the time.

Solid five. The breakfast is great, the portions are large. They carry frozen juice for three hours in a day (the children are delighted every day they were looking forward to it). The rooms are large, cleaned often, shampoos and soaps are constantly delivered. In short, everything is just great. For a family holiday with children, it is the most. It may be boring for young people, but for a walk it is enough to go outside the hotel and find yourself on the "Yalta embankment" with a bunch of bars and restaurants. Now for the disadvantages. There are few of them, but I think it’s worth writing about them: we had dinners paid for, but in the evening there was a very meager diet for children: everything was spicy and peppery. It was possible only rice, sometimes mashed potatoes, some kind of chicken or fish (mostly in tomato). But maybe we have such spoiled children. But it's okay - going outside the territory, they bought yogurts and curds in the nearest supermarket. And one more drawback: at first they included the entire cost of dinners during check-out, but after our indignation, everything was counted. Ah, yes! When settling with a credit card, they block the amount of about a thousand dollars (they returned it a week later, but so that you are aware of it). In general, I liked it. Would go again

Breakfast at the hotel is great. another minus, after their native Lviv, they have terrible coffee, but this is everywhere in the UAE. the beach is sandy, clean, a lot of entertainment for kids, playgrounds, playrooms, etc. Would go to this hotel again
