We went to Bulgaria-Nessebar by bus from the tour operator News Travel, we didn’t have a worse move !! ! I tell you in order: we left Kyiv without an escort and guides, there were two drivers of whom only one spoke broken Russian. Our path ran through all of Ukraine and Romania, we were warned that the move would take 24 hours, but in fact we traveled 33 hours. But this is not the worst thing, in our contract it was reported that a transfer from Kyiv to the hotel would be organized for us, and at the border of the driver we were told that we were being taken only to Sunny Beach. Starting to call our tour agent from customs, they promised us that we would still be transferred to the hotel. Buses are not comfortable, broken, dirty, on the way they are thrown in different directions, there are no TVs, tea, coffee.

And the way back was a lot of fun! At the beginning of the holiday, we were told that a minibus would meet and pick us up from the main street in Nessebar, and then take us to Sunny Beach, where we would be transferred to a bus to Ukraine. But the day before departure, we were informed that there would be a transfer from the hotel at 15-30 (we had to leave Sunny Beach at 16-00), not at 15-30, not at 16-10, the transfer from the hotel would not be white. After several calls to Ukraine and the host country, the transfer arrived at 16-20. At the same time, the driver forgot to pick up our friends from another hotel and we traveled around Nessebar twice. Arriving in Sunny Beach at 17:00 (from which we were supposed to leave at 16:00), we were informed that the bus had not yet arrived from Ukraine. We waited for the bus until 19-30, no one removed it upon arrival, everything was very dirty and did not smell very good. We were driven by the same driver that arrived, so we took turns on duty so that they would not sleep. On the way, they forgot to pick up a few tourists from the cities. Often wandered in the cities of Romania. The bus was traveling at 50 km/h. Everything in the bus rattled and crackled. And near Chernivtsi, a lamp fell on the head of a man. The road to Kyiv took us 48 hours. And our friends with another tour operator got through Odessa in 15 hours with all customs.

Have a good rest, but without News Travel!! !
