I am planning to relax in Pamporovo, tell me if it is worth going to this particular resort in order to learn how to ski (maybe someone has information on the Prespa Hotel)? How do Bulgarians treat Russian tourists (otherwise, lately I find all some negative reviews that they are deceiving, stealing, etc.)?
