Yesterday my husband and I just returned from this wonderfully-smelling-flower-smiling country! Cypriot resorts are truly a paradise for botanists and flower lovers like me. But this paradise condenses mainly in places of congestion of tourists, in places not so remote (well, for example, if you take some kind of "hole" for rent, in our case it was a buggy, and ride around the neighborhood not populated by tourists) before your shining eyes open up wonderful views with lizards, all kinds of thorns, all sorts of olive trees, and a stunning color of fiery earth, breaking off in the cliffs with blocks of basalt. Still, Cyprus is an island of volcanic origin, so even in the native Cypriot sand there is volcanic ash (this is from the words of the guide), and it’s true that if you look closely in white grains, black brothers coexist, just like the flavor of vacationers in Cyprus: Swedes, Russians (in Milissi in mostly Muscovites), British, Germans, Italians, Indians and other variety (including Ukrainians of course). At night, all this charm is rushing about in disorder in the center of the "Cypriot Ibiza" singing: "Ayah, Ayia Napa. . . ", drinking paid and free ("inviting") drinks in an nnnn amount (I confess, we once also ran like that overnight , that I still don’t understand how they found the way to the hotel : ))))), and in the mornings all this beauty can be seen snoring on the beautiful beaches, when the sand that has not yet been fried by the sun is caressed by a transparent, gleaming, gentle, cool azure, barely perceptible light wave motion. True, the sea in Cyprus is amazing, the purest water, beautiful soft sand create a special mood: peace and tranquility, well, or. . . if your favorite person is with you.... island of love, you know : ))). By the way, Nissi Bay is considered the best beach (Nissi Beach Hotel is nearby), but, as for me, the beaches near Milissi are more pleasant and the sea is cleaner, in general, to each his own. . . The territory of the Milissi hotel is beautiful (as in the picture : )))), but when compared with the territory of Nissi Beach, Nissi is undeniably the leader. The staff is friendly, the service is at the level (but, if you take it apart : ))) the attitude towards the Slavs is worse than towards foreigners, in general, it’s fair: “behave badly” : ))))))) Room 50/50 (view of sea / garden view), cleaning and change of towels and linen daily (although in the last few days they did not change hand towels and bed linen, despite the fact that the tip was left by the husband regularly). In general, apart from my "stolen" favorite glasses (I left them on a slip in the lobby, and they hit someone in the face), the hotel is a good one. But the hotel is behind and the gentle surf whispers "I'm waiting for you. faces, promising that everything will be still and will be fine.... .
