I paid 19 thousand for one for a week for this muck. The Tez-tour during the purchase period (mid-August) did not even have a choice of hotels. Or pay extra 200 euros for a better hotel and go for a week with almost no money, or choose Elamaris. After reading the reviews, I stocked up on everything, alcohol for wiping handles and taps, ant gel and a small "Mashenka" (very useful), food of some type of quick oatmeal and tea, disposable utensils with my fork-spoon-knife-opener, rope with clothespins . Yes, everything was helpful.
The room is very dirty, not a single cultural word can describe. It was very disgusting to touch everything, ugh. I washed the kettle for half an hour, I couldn’t use anything else, neither dishes, nor a stove with a stove, nor a hairdryer, nor a TV set, nor bedside tables. Everything is sticky, smudged, stained, stained, not washed after other vacationers. Curtains, pillows and tablecloths in the restaurant at this hotel are not washed at all. It looked like nothing had been washed there for years. The furniture is old, everything is tattered. She turned back the blanket to lie down from the road, culturally speaking - she was horrified. Bed in someone's wool, spots and boogers. I went to swear at the reception, it’s clear that they didn’t change after someone. They came, they replaced everything, they wiped it, they gave out clean towels. And that's all for a week. The next time the bed and towels (except for the feet) were replaced before departure, apparently they thought that I was for two weeks. It’s impossible to find even maids on the floor there. So it doesn't matter who entered or left. Toilet paper - 2 rolls per week, no matter how many people you are in the room. Soap only liquid, do not add. Foot towels are a separate issue, gray-brown-yellow-dirty, they don’t change even if they throw a lump on the floor (it’s generally better to take your own towels from home, for the beach and just in case for the room). So from the cleaning only the removal of garbage. Do not hang a piece of paper "clean in the room" on the door, no one will even remove the garbage.
If the room overlooks neighboring apartments or closer to the road with cafes, you won’t sleep normally until 3 am. Noise, music, everywhere someone is singing something in unison.
Food is fresh. There is no choice. I had breakfast and dinner. I skipped breakfasts, I like to go to the beach until seven in the morning. I checked dinner twice, there is nothing even for vegetarians to do there. The garnish and stewed vegetables are insipid, the salad is seasoned with some kind of nastiness, pork - one fried bacon, for sweets - only jelly. Maybe something edible happens there sometimes, but I didn’t like it.
The sea - what is called "beaches-bays-lagoons" near the hotels, actually looks like puddles. Sunset with stones, rags after such a sea stink of a rotten swamp. It's beautiful, but you don't buy much. Good only for those who swim far. Normal beaches - go from the hotel by bus to the center of Protaras, or to Ayia Napa. Vrissi, Fig Tree, Nissi are the beaches. The rest, well, just take a picture when there are few people.
Hotel - 3* maximum. I rested many times in good threes, I saw bad fours. Elamaris is the worst place I've been to. You can choose it if you see this hotel only at night and have a normal amount of money for rest and food outside the hotel. So, dear people, if your income allows, choose hotels, well, at least a little more expensive.

If you were advised by his tour operator, then just nail him for ruining your vacation : -). I am a very positive tourist who has visited many countries, and everywhere I try to look for only positive and enjoy my vacation and new emotions and impressions. It turned out to be very difficult here : -(. On the positive side: the sea is close, a good city sandy beach, there are many cafes and shops nearby, taxis and a bus. Everything: -(: -(: -(I won’t write in detail about nutrition, to each his own. For me, it is primitive, meager and monotonous. But I didn’t go to eat. Be prepared that in the dining room (this cannot be called a restaurant) you will stand in line all the time for a plate, spoon, bread, a table, if you manage to take it, you will wash it yourself, if you , all of a sudden, you need salt and you can get it yourself or with the help of a waiter - cheers! . you are lucky : -) Came in the morning for breakfast, and there is a mess in the evening, food and napkins are everywhere on the floor, this is normal, they will try to clean it up in the evening. The rooms are also pleasing. We had a kitchenette. The room is large, with a view of the sea. But it has not been repaired for 10 years. Everything crumbles and collapses. Furniture from the Union of 80 years. One radio is worth something, it climbed straight out of the time machine. The TV shows two Russian-language channels. Internet, safe, of course, for money. The most annoying thing is that in this hotel you don't give a damn about everything from the cleaner to the manager. It's a shame. Moreover, they position themselves not at all as an economy. It's nice that even such a dirty hotel failed to spoil the impression of a beautiful country.

Economical, old hotel on the 2nd line, 500 meters from the sea. Pernera area in Protaras. Rooms - spacious, bright, extra bed - sofa, there is a kitchenette. Very, very modest food. The territory is not big, quite green. Not worth your money! Subjectively, this is an economy 3 *, suitable only for those who save a lot. … More ▾ Economical, old hotel on the 2nd line, 500 meters from the sea. Pernera area in Protaras. The room has a bathroom, hair dryer, TV, mini kitchen. There is a playground for children. Wi-Fi - for a fee. If you are looking for a budget hotel option in the city of Protaras with All Inclusive meals and are not susceptible to unpleasant odors interrupted by the smell of bleach, are not demanding on the interior of the hotel, living conditions and food, but want to swim in the azure sea in a beautiful bay with a sandy beach (500 m from hotel; sun loungers and umbrellas for a fee) or in a mediocre pool (on site) - you can probably go, but I don’t advise. There is practically no choice of food, only french fries are edible, on a crab leg a ball of meat similar to crab, juice, coffee, salads. Rooms in the hotel with an equipped mini-kitchen, so that those who wish can cook while buying groceries in the supermarket

We went with my daughter (6 years old) at night, because departures are mostly at night, which is very inconvenient and arrived early in the morning, we were at the hotel at 7 in the morning, we had to pay 40 euros for early accommodation, they asked for 50....this is me upset, or had until 14.00 (check-in time) to hang around the pool without food and with a suitcase under my arm. They gave an ugly room where there is no balcony, the door closes and the toilet does not go down, by the way, many in this hotel have problems with plumbing, there was no hair dryer , iron too... I went to a fight and after 14.00 we were put in a normal room, there was no iron, but there was a good kitchen, the balcony is not on the pool, which is very good, because the sound insulation is poor... and you will not sleep if anyone something hangs out at night by the pool. cleaned every day, changed towels daily, bed linen 2 times a week.
note*** if your plumbing or condo is leaking, like mine. . . no one cares about it, so sleep well even if the puddle has already flowed into the corridor. They don’t like to work in Cyprus!
the water in the pool is not bad, only when they are too lazy to clean it, they thump bleach there and as soon as the water becomes cloudy, it is impossible to swim there, it was 1 time with me.
2. food
I lost 4 kg, probably from the fact that I swam a lot. I didn’t really like the food, it’s very monotonous, I didn’t have enough soups very much !! ! cereals, cheese sausage toasts canned fruit jams, coffee, tea*** water is expensive 2.4 euros for a 5 l bottle, so everyone takes bottles and fills them with water at breakfast
dinner - good meat, grilled lamb, fish, vegetables, fruits... in general, I liked it not bad.
*** I recommend taking only breakfast, because. you can cook by yourself at the hotel, there is a supermarket nearby... it looks like Auchan, so cook pasta, stew meat or fry fish and cook soup for a child... for me, for example, it’s not a big problem 1 time in the evening. we went to cafes and restaurants, which it’s dark there, and I’ll tell you, the food is very tasty everywhere. I won’t recommend anything, everywhere the menu is in Russian... which was a pleasant surprise, you can walk everywhere with children, because in every institution there is a race for strollers and trampolines, slides, toys, cartoons, including will not be bored.
3. sea
it’s far from the beach, we walked through a construction site nearby. The beach is nice and small. 2.5 euros for a sunbed and the same amount of an umbrella, so buy bedding and umbrellas in advance. I was lucky and good tourists from St. Petersburg gave me everything. I advise you to go to other beaches by bus for 20 min. 1 euro, we traveled a lot and therefore bought a ticket for a day of 3 euros. black pearl, children really like it, or go to Cape Greco.
4 excursions
half of the excursions you can visit yourself:
aquarium, water park, luno park, churches nearby, Cape Greco, beaches, go shopping and clubbing in Ayia
napu *** if you are on vacation without children and you are under 35 years old and you like parties... damn it... you are here ***, try the meze for sure.
I HAD A PILNISHING DAY, we went to the temples of Cyprus, I ordered 105 euros... very interesting, but I won’t paint, I’ll only say that miracles happen in the Kiki monastery, I recommend it to women and girls, because the place is strong.
In the Trodes mountains 2000m above the sea, it is difficult and long to go from 6 people. 3 seasick.
In Lefkara (this is a village with silver) it is very expensive, but beautiful. You can buy tsatski for yourself, but not super fashion
Worth a visit to the winery - I liked it
Donkey riding, great but expensive, it's better to ride a pirate ship on the sea.
5 Heat take creams and protection with a high factor, I had 45, but my friends burned out with 20 at all.
6. Rent a car, or bikes, or motorcycles. . . you definitely won't regret it, only if you get along with right-hand drive.
I hope someone finds this review useful.
And so, I still recommend another hotel to look at, this one is for a budget holiday. Next time I will go to Ayia Napa and take an apartment with my husband and friends.
I wish you a pleasant holiday!
