The first impression is very bad. We arrived at the hotel at 04.15, they gave us a piece of paper to fill in about the settlement and were told to wait until 10.00. We hoped that it could turn out earlier, especially with children of 5 years old and another couple with 2 children of 7 years old. Nobody cared, never before. The children slept on chairs and we also lay down on the sofa in the hall. Sleep, of course, did not work, there were no people, and the staff deliberately shouted loudly. Terrible mosquitoes at the reception, bitten children, swollen face. Luckily I had pills and ointments with me. Around 9 children and we wanted to eat, to which the staff said it was not allowed and wait until they settled or $ 5 each. Near us stood a woman who asked for water, the bar was near the reception, she was also not given. Here is your first impression.
The Internet is only at the reception and it is unrealistic to connect, as 50 people are sitting in it. Of course there is no internet in the rooms. Swimming pool not heated. During this period, I don’t recommend going here at all, it’s cold, no one swims, only walruses. The weather is like March-April. In the a la carte restaurant you can, as they say, sign up for Italian and Arabic one time for free, but you will never get there, since there is never a place there. On the beach, braids, excursions, massages, tattoos, etc. are very persistently offered... you won’t be able to lie quietly.
The kitchen is identical. There was no coffee for 2 days. Plastic plates and glasses. There is no animation during this period at all. I do not recommend this hotel. Some tourists said that they paid, then we have. I do not agree with this expression. I also didn’t like it very much that the guides roll a barrel on the locals who offer excursions, and those on the guides, and the price difference is enormous, but it’s not clear who to believe. There is only one conclusion: at every step they want to get money from you, literally begging. It's scary to go into stores - you will go to my store, you promise me? Unless, of course, you've already gone there.
