My husband and I rested in this hotel from April 11 to April 18, we just arrived yesterday. We bought a ticket in Troika from Tez Tour. Flew with Vnukovo airline Red Winx. The second line, but go to the beach for 5-7 minutes, it's leisurely, along the shady alley of the Grand Plaza Hotel. The sea is clean, one might say transparent, but there is a problem with sunbeds, many tourists start to borrow (tie up with scarves, put towels, caps, books and pareos on them) at 6 o'clock in the morning. These are mostly vacationers from the second line (Russians in the hotel on the second line are somewhere around 50 percent, 20 percent from Ukraine, the rest from neighboring countries and a few Germans). Mostly Germans, Galanians, French are all on the first line. In the hotel itself, sunbeds were also actively engaged from early morning. The beach where the lagoon resembled the Crimea of ​ ​ the 90s, the people lie on top of each other, but if you go a little to the right, you can find a lot of sunbeds, we did it, and it’s better to swim there, and you can see the fish. The sunbeds are really not very clean, and it’s very difficult to find fences for them, everything is snapped up, but it somehow didn’t touch us. Yes, I forgot to write we are in Egypt for the second time, there is something to compare, before that we were at the Sunrise Garden Beach Resort, a very wonderful hotel, but since we took a ticket a week before departure, all decent hotels in the region of 50 thousand were sold out, but we were not upset in this hotel you can relax. The food is good, but monotonous, we were also amazed by the dinners by the pools, at 32 degrees it is not very comfortable to eat in the heat. Fruits were but in small quantities (bananas, peaches, oranges, melons, dates). There is no animation, in this hotel it boiled down to the fact that during lunch, the animators wave their hands to the music for about five minutes and sing “Opa-0pa” and that’s it, they didn’t go to the evening animation, I can’t say anything about it. I really liked the waiter Abdul, a very cheerful guy, he sings songs about "black eyes" all the time. Rudeness from the staff did not notice. For 7 days that we were there, we never gave seafood. Mainly beef stew and chicken, once there were lamb cutlets. With room cleaning they are rather weak, the furniture in the rooms is all black, the dust on it is very clearly visible, and on the floor too. We lived on the third floor in room 2214, a wonderful view of the entire hotel, upon check-in we put $ 10 in our passport, asked for one bed, we were told if you wait half an hour, then there will be a good room, we did so. We went on an excursion from Teza to El Gouna (we saw dolphins, fished and snorkeled in the open sea), we liked it very much, everything was well organized. Maybe I forgot to write something, ask. I really liked everything in the hotel. Yes, I forgot to write about mosquitoes, buy fumitox, otherwise they will eat you in the room at night. The air conditioner growls terribly, and the balcony cannot be opened - mosquitoes, so think about what's best. Next to the hotel is a chic pharmacy with creams and medicines, everyone around speaks Russian. You need to come to restaurants as late as possible, because the line is terrible, especially for dinner, I saw this for the first time, the animators pull the tape and let them through, as soon as the table is free, they can also give someone a lift, we got there on the first evening, then were smarter, came for lunch at its end, and for dinner somewhere around 8 pm, there were no such problems at breakfast.
