Отличный отель! Excellent hotel!

I read the comments and to be honest, I'm amazed. It seems to me that either people compose, or they just want to be kissed in one place upon arrival. I stayed at the hotel last year and in September I will go to this hotel again. In my opinion, the hotel meets all the parameters and deserves a solid 4 * Before choosing a tour, I chose hotels for a long time, read comments on various sites and settled on the Grand Plaza Resort. I can say that the photos of the hotel are fully consistent, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the room is spacious, cleaning was daily, linen was also changed. I am a person obsessed with cleanliness and rather squeamish, but for a week of rest I did not have a single comment on the cleaning of the room or any nuances in the restaurant or on the territory. I remember I didn’t even throw a towel on the floor on purpose so that they wouldn’t change it for me, so upon arrival I found a fresh one on the shelf. The staff is absolutely normal, the attitude is good, but without fanaticism, I didn’t see the differences between tourists of different nationalities at all, everyone has the same attitude. I went to rest, and not to look for flaws, and the rest brought me only good impressions and memories. Of course, maybe someone was unlucky or someone expects more from the hotel and staff, but I really liked this hotel and will go again with pleasure as the hotel is better, for me, only Steigenberger 5 *, but now not opportunity to relax in this hotel. Tourists! Be simple, do not look for cons, but enjoy your vacation, the beautiful sea and good weather. This is a simple, comfortable hotel, and if someone needs chic and ultra ol inclusive, then this is clearly not in the Grand Plaza Resort. Have a nice holiday!
