We went to this hotel on New Year's Eve, 2 adults + children. 5 years. Impressions from the trip are ambiguous.... The hotel, namely the territory, rooms, the sea and the beach - for 5, but the service and food !!!! ! 2-!! ! The hotel is not worth the money! The bartenders serve with such a "mine" on their face that you get the feeling that you owe them at least a million! From the service in restaurants in general, I want to spit! Disrespect for tourists at every turn! Arabs are rare boors (the Turks have a rest compared to the Egyptians, this is my personal opinion). Queues in restaurants were annoying, the menu was extremely monotonous. . . and all this despite the fact that vegetables and fruits on the market are cheap to the point of disgrace - kg of strawberries u003.1 dollar. while the hotel had only bananas and oranges.... meat - chicken daily, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.... Overall, the food is disgusting! and that's all with "all inc".... But of course you won’t stay hungry, stand in line for 15 minutes for pizza or some pancakes - and the issue is resolved : )))) the feeling of hunger is replaced by a feeling of anger : ) The territory is beautiful and large, there are many slides, the children's pool is wonderful, at least 2 out of 8 heated pools, this is what we had time to test. Gondolas float down the canal! the beauty! But the main thing is, of course, the sea! Above all praise! Emotions overwhelm me when I remember coral fish, etc. The fish are right on the shore, you don’t even need to swim anywhere. We saw a stingray, a moray eel. . . in general - just super! The road to the sea takes about 7 minutes, every half hour a bus runs to the beach. Excursions were bought from a guide at the hotel, outside the hotel is cheaper, but we did not risk it. Summing up, I can say that you should go to this hotel only on a last-minute tour!... although I won’t go there again on the “burning” one.
