Rested in December 2016. with children aged 13 and 6. Specially chosen with a large number of slides. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, settled within an hour, gave a family room with a bunk bed for children instead of the standard, although it was located in a distant building, but it was pleasant to walk around the territory.
The weather was a little unlucky at the beginning, it was windy, cloudy, so the pools in the water park were icy, except for the wave pool, where the whole hotel and kitty are all day long. When the weather improved, we were able to enjoy both the water park and children's water playgrounds.
The sea is 10-15 minutes walk, but the beach was very disappointing: the sunbeds are old, the umbrellas are broken, the dressing room is alone and smells bad, there is no soul, and most importantly, there is no reef, which was very disappointing for us, since it was the third time in Egypt and all the time we were lucky with this, for the sake of this beauty we are going) we had to look for where the reef is, we found a city beach, to which to go down a long staircase and also not happy with cleanliness, but still went there and also to the wild lagoons to dive.

For children, animation and a kids club were also important, but this didn’t work out at the hotel either - the kids club is in a deplorable state, the animators do not deal with children. This point must be corrected, because the hotel positions itself as a family hotel and there are really a lot of children.
We liked the food, there are two restaurants and a bunch of bars, but juices and other drinks are very diluted with water.
Room cleaning is daily, but not of high quality, although they left a tip, they did not respond to a request to hang four towels, not two. The telephone in the room did not work and was never fixed. The rooms are in need of renovation. What is constantly happening on the territory is that they are repairing one or the other part of the hotel, but this did not really bother us, but those who lived closer to the scene, I think so)
The second time, most likely, we will not go to the hotel, as there are better places and also with water parks and beautiful reefs.
