I’ll say in advance, initially we were going to the neighboring 5 * hotel Albatros Aquapark, but there were 10 of us and there weren’t enough places for all (when we booked, there were no places at all). Decided to go to Aqua Blue. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am. Waited for a standard room for two adults until 13-00. When we received the key to the room - the limit of our disappointment was not at all - HOME....!!!!! ! Promptly tried to change the number. With reference to the preliminary letter,
and the fact that it’s morally difficult to even enter such a room, not to mention accommodation - (“We ask you for a clean, “fresh” (after renovation), quiet comfortable room on the ground floor”), turning to the reception and to Christina, we received a hard refusal, with a lot of indignation. They promised to change the room the next day. But as you guessed - a divorce of pure water (with a smile on his face) !!!! ! We also went to the representative of the tour operator TPG, who also "turned on the dumb one", and took the position of the hotel !!! ! Although before our eyes, other people were provided with an alternative in other renovated rooms (even our friends with whom we flew). We were settled on the second floor of the central building No. 1211. Although, when we were settled, room 1209 was being prepared for settlement - it was restored. They asked to settle in it - refusal ("it is already inhabited"). After that, our vacation ended before it even started. Old, lingering, smelly,

with a bunch of mold and cockroaches (from which there are special pile brushes on all the entrance doors of the rooms that prevent the doors from opening). The built-in wooden wardrobe, when opened, created such a "flavor" that I had to put all my things on a single bed - where they stayed all the time !! ! The furniture is ALL old and shabby!! ! The refrigerator worked in such a way (it rattled like a Soviet DONBAS that lived for 30 years) that I had to turn it off at night! The air conditioner was cooling, but it was impossible to stay in the room with the windows closed because of the "old" smell-!!!! ! Balcony special theme! Birds live there! Nobody cleans up after them. There is nothing to dry clothes on, everything is in poop !! ! Once they laid out the linen on the balcony on the furniture - the birds pooped on them !!!! ! After that, things were dried in the room. Well, of course, they dried it with a hair dryer (brought with you). The territory is huge and relatively well-groomed. Meals are the same every day. Meat,
fish and even vegetables, half-eaten in the morning, appeared for lunch or dinner in a different guise - with sauce or mix. Everything was prepared so that they would not eat a lot! Even the mashed potatoes were so expertly cooked that it was impossible to eat them. Ordinary boiled eggs were NEVER cleaned properly (half of the egg was left on the shell). Baking is not tasty, dry of the same type, just in different forms. Desserts also did not differ...... Fruits are such that no one would eat (except dates), at least the 2nd grade. And pluses delicious coffee in the central building. There is practically no animation. The water park is chic in 4k and 5k. But the cold (icy) water in the pools and attractions did its job - few people ride on the slides. The sea is very far to go! Through a four-lane road with heavy traffic - a pedestrian crossing, of course, NO! For tourists with small children and strollers, what you need! Passage through the sad
