The first time we visited Egypt and chose a hotel for a very long time. From the very first minute of our stay at the hotel, we realized that we had made the right choice! We arrived in the evening after 19.00, they settled us quickly, the room turned out to be large and two-room, which surprised us very much, because we ordered the usual standard (3 adults and 1 child rested). The room is clean, furniture and bathroom are in excellent condition. Immediately after checking in, I called the reception and asked about mosquito control methods, to which they answered that they would bring the fumigator right away, while we went to dinner, it was already in our room.
The territory of the hotel is very large, well-groomed. White birds walk on the lawns (I don’t know the names, they look like little egrets). The staff are friendly and try to be helpful whenever possible.
You can talk about the Aquapark for a very long time, but it's better to visit it anyway.

There are slides for every taste and in a calmer way and for lovers of spicy, the worst thing about them is that you have to climb high and on the hill for 4 it’s hard to carry this huge circle. There are also very cool slides in the top five, there are 4 of them, but what a! ! ! In general, we were satisfied with the slides.
The food was quite varied. From fish fillet pangassius, once there was grilled tuna. Chicken in different forms and wings, and grilled fillet, and fillet in all sorts of different sauces. There was duck, grilled liver, kebabs and just kebabs. The assortment of fruits is not very dates (tasty, not at all like ours), green bananas (but after they lie down for a couple of days they are quite decent), apples, oranges and guava. You can write about baking for a very long time, there is a lot of it and everything is delicious. You can definitely choose your favorite dish and no one will be left hungry.
In a word, if you want to find cons, you will certainly find them, the main thing is with what mood you came to rest.
Very surprising reviews about alcohol. Yes, it is not strong, not like ours, but it is enough and quite decent. Beer, brandy, vodka, wine...
Separately, I want to say about excursions. Our tour operator is Join UP. By the way we were met and seen off from Egypt, there are no questions, but the hotel guides are something ! ! ! Two boorish Arabs are trying to impose expensive excursions, and if you refuse, you can hear a lot of rude things addressed to you in their language! In general, meeting with them spoiled my mood.
The wifi didn't work in the room, but at the reception it was no problem.
Animation is also good hating, contests, jugglers, dances, tricks. Cartoons and dances for kids!
Summing up, I can say one thing we really liked the hotel, first of all, with impeccable service, thanks to the management and all the staff!
I really want to single out individual waiters, but I won’t do this because it’s just that the same or two approached us ... but, anyone was ready to serve instantly at a glance.
Of course I want to come back here again!
