We rested in Albatros Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh from 14.05 to 21.05. We flew from JoinUp.
I had read the reviews for this hotel beforehand and was a bit confused. Some write that everything is bad, others, on the contrary, that everything is wonderful. Nevertheless, we decided to fly into it. And they didn't regret it! The hotel is class and no need to think - fly!
Of course, always and everywhere there are nuances that you can work on, but this is normal, it has always been and will be in all hotels. If you do not find fault with the little things with a magnifying glass, then everything is super and you can safely recommend this hotel. Personally, we would love to go back there.
NUTRITION.
The food is varied, several types of meat, several types of fish, pasta, potatoes, pizza, vegetables, fruits, in general, the choice is large and you will definitely not be hungry.
SPECIAL THANKS TO THE COOKERS - well done!! ! Everything is very tasty and just enough! I, as a former chef who worked in Turkey in good hotels, appreciated your cuisine and even wanted to find fault, but it turned out there was simply nothing))
The waiters and bartenders are friendly, only one bartender was some kind of evil every day in the main restaurant (where Asian and Mediterranean cuisine is) - but someone must be in a bad mood)) There were no problems with communication, the staff understood us and always everything prompted.
If it’s your birthday, then the waiters will sing you a song with a tambourine with all their staff, but at the end of the song the waiter will ask you for $ 15 and will keep asking you until you give him at least $ 10. Therefore, it is better to immediately specify how much it costs.
PS One block from the hotel there is a cafe "Fares" specializing in seafood. I recommend - especially their specialty seafood soup, which is called "Fares".

The territory is large and clean - lawns, palm trees, everything is very nice and tidy. Lots of pools. There are always places everywhere.

Everything is clean and cleaned every day. The room was in excellent condition. They put us in a great room. I think all the rooms there are so good. This is the building where the cows are) Wi-Fi caught with a bang. Sleep quietly and calmly. For all the time there was only one night when foreigners sour all night in the next building, but they were heard very well. I called the reception twice so that their security could resolve this issue. Uselessly. I had to go out to the balcony on my own and ask them to turn down the volume.

If people were a little more cultured and would not stick cigarette butts in the sand, it would be even better, especially since there are an unrealistically many ashtrays, but damn it, still many people stick their cigarette butts in the sand! The sun loungers are a bit old, but this is not a problem, I think they will be updated someday.
I really wish there was more shade on the beach. After lunch there is no problem to find a place in the shade, but in the morning at 9 o'clock - this is already problematic. Please resolve this issue!

A hundred times I saw how tourists take a loaf of bread, swim to the depths and let's feed so that the fish swim around them. And the fact that the fish then die from this loaf is of no interest to anyone.
Dear tourists who are reading this review and who are planning to fly to Egypt - please do not ignore this rule, you do not need to feed the fish - they will simply die! Be people!

We were promised in a travel agency that a trip to Soho and a sightseeing tour would be free. But it turned out not to be so! It is free only if you buy at least one tour. Since we bought an excursion on a mega safari, Soho and a survey were free for us, and other tourists who did not buy flew by. Although the travel agency promised that in any case, these two services are free. I hope someone will respond to this remark.
EXCURSION MEGA SAFARI FROM JOIN UP.
This tour includes quad biking, then camel riding, then lunch with the Bedouins, then parasailing, banana boat rides and glass bottom boat rides.
So, the quads are standing under the scorching sun and it is very, very hot to sit on them, the seat is just hot!! ! We waited 40 minutes and it was very hot! Then 10 minutes run in a circle and finally drove off. The ride was slow in single file, no interest and no speed, we eat quietly one after another. We arrived and immediately, without a break, they put us on camels and drove off. The camel ride was 100 meters and back. Then lunch, which we simply could not eat, as it was sooo hot and we wanted only one thing - water! Then, after the quadrics, we went to the sea to ride a parachute. It was stated that the parachute flight is five minutes, but even here they deceived)). The flight was on average 3-4 minutes. Therefore, those who filmed on camera saw that the time did not correspond to reality and began to complain, as a result, then these people were again rolled, and the rest waited. And finally, a boat with a glass bottom. It was interesting, but we were so tired that we already wanted to go to the hotel with air conditioning)
There we met with the guys from the neighboring hotel who took the same tour but at the market. It came out to them for $ 15 per person cheaper, there were three of them on quadrics and drove to the full without any restrictions, which cannot be said about us.
So decide for yourself where and from whom to buy.
JOIN UP TOUR OPERATOR.
This is a different story. I will tell you my opinion about JOIN UP - I do not recommend it!
Flights are postponed, they change either forward or backward, and it is simply unrealistic to foresee something in advance, especially if you are from another city and want to pre-buy a train ticket and generally plan something.
We were supposed to take off from Kyiv at 3 am, but we rescheduled the flight for 8-30 am, and actually took off at 9-30 am. Those. 6.5 hours late.
Our friends from Kyiv were supposed to fly out of Kyiv at 16-30, but they flew out earlier on the contrary, i. e. join us at 9:30. It was lucky that they were from Kyiv and they managed to arrive, and if they were like us from Zaporozhye, then finding train tickets at such a time is quite problematic.
The way back was even more fun. At first we were told that we were being picked up at one in the morning from the hotel! We sat until three hours waiting for the transfer, then we were told to go to bed, you will be picked up at six in the morning. Then at six in the morning they said that at 12 noon the time of departure would be more accurately known. As a result, two flights were canceled and we were picked up at 16-30, and we flew out at 21-30. Of course, we missed the train and the tickets burned down. When we arrived at the railway station in Kyiv, there were no tickets for the morning train. As a result, we bought already at 16-30. Tired unreal!!! ! Naturally, we spent a lot of money additionally, since the tickets burned out, the waiting room for an additional fee, a night taxi from one end to the other, etc. , etc. Even though it was planned differently. It's not the first time I've flown and I've never seen anything like it.
In general, if we knew that JOIN UP could not establish stable work with airlines, we would have flown from the TEZ tour, which is in an agreement with UIA. It’s only $40 more expensive there, but everyone who was on the TEZ tour flew out right on time and without flight delays. And everyone with whom we knew at the hotel who were from JOIN UP (and from other hotels too) were very outraged by these delays. Our neighbors were supposed to fly to Lvov, but they were generally sent to Kyiv - fun? Others, instead of Borispol, flew to Zhuliany (including us), and people have cars in the parking lot in Boryspil and everyone rests with their families, and accordingly, it hits everyone's pocket when such adventures begin.
So make your decision wisely and read the reviews. But personally, we will no longer fly from the JOIN UP tour operator.
As for the contract, JOIN UP is not responsible for anything, and even if you are placed in another hotel, they are not responsible for this either.
We wrote a complaint to the tour operator. No compensation and zero result.
By the way, we were supposed to fly back from YanAir, but in the end we flew from SkyUp - it seems to be the JOIN UP airline. The plane was a Boeing - I really liked the board. Clean, bright, our stewardesses are Ukrainian girls)) But when we flew to Egypt, it was YanAir, the staff is Arabs, we only speak English, which the captain says is not clear at all)) The plane was an Airbus and, frankly, slightly damaged).
In general, everything was great, but JOIN UP is like a fly in the ointment in a barrel of Albatross honey!
