But there are nuances - the territory of the hotel is large, calls within Egypt or abroad can only be made from the phone in the admin building (reception), there are two doctors in the hotel clinic at the other end of the hotel. After intensive water procedures, my son got ear inflammation (otitis media) and then the “local show” began. And so, in order to contact the doctor through the purchased insurance policy, you need to come to the administrative building, meet with the guide and call the insurance from there. Further, the insurance agent arranged for us to be seen by a doctor at the hotel, but after an hour, he went to his son's room.
