We were in Egypt for the first time and before that we had heard that in Egypt you need to take hotels only 5 stars, because in comparison even with Turkey, the service will be worse, the food and the hotel itself. But to be honest, we chose for a very long time, the manager at the agency gave us a lot of information. But we chose and decided to go here. We quite liked it here.
There was always plenty of food, no one was hungry. The only thing is that there was no variety of seafood here. But it’s good that there was food both dietary and more satisfying, for absolutely all people they could find dishes they liked. And for a couple there were products, and ordinary ones.
The hotel grounds are wonderful and clean. Every day the workers scrubbed this hotel to the most secluded nooks and crannies. Even the road where the buses go was washed out. It was difficult to find somewhere some piece of paper or glass in such a vast territory. At least I haven't seen anything like it.

The pools are wonderful, the rooms were cleaned, the staff is very friendly.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was dark. We filled out all the forms, gave passports and received the keys. They took us with our suitcases to our room. True, when we entered the room, there was no light there and it was necessary to insert a card into the lock so that everything worked, but for the first time we were not used to this. When the lights went out, they called the reception to find out what happened. But the guys explained everything to us, how everything works. There were no problems in the room, the air conditioning worked great.
We really liked the large territory of the hotel in this hotel. Since we were traveling with small children and did not count on long trips, we chose a hotel with a large area so that there was somewhere to walk. Both us and the children were interested here, we probably went around this hotel for two days to specifically find out where and what.
The children were pleased with the presence of slides, they don’t really need anything else. Of course, we got into such a period that it was cool and, in my opinion, only one pool was warm. Naturally, the slides were also without heating, and the children could not even ride even once, because there was cold water.
Next time I would like to go here, but it is better to go to this hotel during warmer times.
