We went to this hotel because it was suitable for families with children. With children, I wanted to check in faster, but they check in on time, so I had to wait a bit. For a dollar they cleaned constantly, swans were on all beds) Everything was at the highest level in this hotel, the food was good. On the territory - heated pools, playgrounds, it was where to take a walk. We did not go on excursions, as we had a small child with us. There were shops nearby, it was a bit of a walk to the old town, but for us it was a plus, since we were walking with a stroller. The beach was not on site, it was not very far to it, you had to go across the road. For us, this was also a plus. It was a sandy beach, what you need for families with children. There were no corals, they were further away, whoever wanted could walk there.
