We choose hotels based on reviews and this time we did not lose.
We arrived at about 8.30 in the morning, put on the bracelets very quickly, but the settlement was promised no earlier than 12.00. We approached at 10.00 and asked to be settled right now and in a good room. It didn’t work out, but they settled at 11.00.
The room was given near the pool, quiet place, room 4204. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The room turned out to be quite good, a large double bed and a separate bunk bed, but, alas, there was no screen between these rooms. Although they are in the photo. There was water in the fridge, there was a kettle and tea, a plasma TV. The furniture is not new (chest of drawers, wardrobe, beds. The children's bed is already very much in need of updating, because the rare slats and the stairs to the 2nd tier are collapsing). But do not forget that this is 4 ka. Interestingly, we asked for money to change our room, but were refused, because there were only standards free, and families, like this one, are all busy.

Cleaned up every day. I liked the cleaner, they left him a tip every other time.

Wi-Fi catches almost the entire territory, this is a big plus.
The territory is huge. Very beautiful. Aquapark. There are plenty of children's slides and children's pools. The children did not get bored, although ours are demanding and love to push. But not here. We did not even have time to swim in all the pools, there are so many of them. My 5 year old daughter learned to swim in the children's pool. Everything is clean, no complaints. There is an artificial river, you can ride a gondola.
Restaurants 3. In fact, Asian and Mediterranean is one room. Near Italian, it is very convenient that you can take food there and there. I liked the Culina restaurant. We always had breakfast there and sometimes came to sit in the evening. Very nice view from the terrace.
There is also a sports bar, some kind of coffee bar, bars with ice cream, pizza, etc. (we also didn’t go around all of them) in the lobby there is just a chic serving of cappuccino and latte. And very tasty. There are mega comfortable chairs in the lobby, it is always cool and perfectly clean.

Food. Solid 4 out of 5. There were basically once a week shrimp, tuna. And so the standard set. I note that dishes were prepared on the grill every day. Mostly lula kebab. Fruit modestly, but were. Why is there no mango - strange for example. The country from which he is being transported in boxes of dollars.
Drinks: Pepsi, Seven Up and Mirinda. Bottled beer. Good. Haven't tried wine. There are no juices. What they offer is not juice, it’s better not to drink that chemistry. For a fee, you could order drinks at the table. There are almost no queues if you come from the opening. In principle, there was almost always enough space inside. Few people wanted to sit on the terrace, because it was very hot.
Service: no complaints. Everyone is attentive and courteous. On a call from the room with a request, after 10 minutes everything was decided.

I also note that it was possible to partially use the pools of the Albatros water park 5 * opposite. Too bad the slides are closed. We wanted to at least have a look, but they didn't let us in.
But the pool near the entrance we chose. Clean, beautiful, almost always completely empty. Since the hotel itself is closed, part of the buildings where they lodge from Albatros aqua blue is open there. But I don’t recommend staying there if it’s hot: believe me, at 40 degrees, the extra 200 meters to the lobby or restaurant play a role.
Beach. To the beach on the shuttle bus 7 minutes, back 5. Spotted. At 8:00 a. m. , 3 buses fill up at once. They are not allowed to stand. But in principle they take everyone away. No one stayed behind for us. Buses every half an hour, but in recent days it seems like more often.
The beach itself is being renovated. Sadness. The beds are old. The mattresses are tired. Umbrellas are half-bald. The pontoon, or whatever it was, also splurged on them. The toilet is horrendous...That's another story. I haven't seen such dirt in a long time. No other hotel is like that. Dirty smelly and cleaned probably once a day. My daughter cried, suffered and did not want to go there.
There were always enough sunbeds, there were no problems. We usually went to bed by the sea.
The sea itself is gorgeous. Gorgeous entry. Sand. The kids are great. Deep on the coast. We didn't go out for 2 hours. We dived. There is no reef, but there are plenty of fish. We even saw a Napoleon fish, we still cannot leave with the child. Meter. And if you go to the left, they often write about it, behind the pontoon, just a magnificent coral live reef !! ! Sea of ​ ​ impressions! ! But immediately take 2 dollars. There is a fee.

Animation. My daughter went every evening to dances for children. She really liked it. After there were concerts, but we did not stay. Animators were, there were activities. I guess less than before the quarantine, but there were. Everyone could find something to their liking.
The guests are mostly Ukrainians and Belarusians.

Summing up, I’ll say that this hotel is a solid Egyptian middle peasant, with a chic huge territory, an excellent water park, good food, 2nd line, but from here it’s not 5 stars, of course, and the price is more than loyal. If the owners finally resolved the issue with the beach, it would be generally excellent.
I strongly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. It won't be boring here.
