We rested in December at 5 *, went to the beach through this hotel and to the slides with a child a couple of times, and decided to come to this hotel.
Territory is excellent! Palm trees, bushes, many pools and slides for children and teenagers (ours, however, sticks out only in a heated pool at 5 * with friends), you can swim and sunbathe. But not near the hills. The beds are dead and torn.
The rooms are large, we live overlooking the pool, not 5 *, but there is enough space for three.
Cleaning in the room is below average, then there are no towels, then I forgot to wipe the table on the veranda from traces of cola, and the linen has never been changed (we have been living for 5 days already).

There are 3 restaurants on site. As far as I understand, there is no menu for children! If your child is picky about food, then he can only eat at McCafe (from 12.00 to 17.00) with nuggets, french fries, pizza. The menu is monotonous to horror! Lunch and dinner are the same. In bars, they pour plastic into small cups, which bend under the fingers and are blown away by the breeze, if not full)
In the restaurant, tables are cleared, but not set for the next visitors. For cutlery and napkins for the staff, you have to go and demand. The floors in the restaurant are terribly dirty, with stains, crumbs, the impression of some kind of canteen...
I understand that we go more for the sun, but I want to get at least some average level of service for that kind of money.
The hotel has gone down to budget.
We left the hotel at 3:00 am. Not only did they carry the bags to the reception themselves, although they prepared a couple of dollars as usual, they also squeezed the lightboxes with breakfast. So if you rest, know that you will not be fed in the morning (take care of yourself).
And check-in at the airport. Water, bottles of creams from and after sunburn are taken away after passport control.
