Arriving at the hotel, we asked for a room in a quiet building on the ground floor, since we were with children, the unfriendly hotel administrator said that there were almost no rooms and gave us a room in the third building, the carrier of things warned us that if we refuse this room, then we will go to another building We will carry our own suitcases. The room is clean and relatively new in the third building, but when you open the balcony, the noise from the air conditioners of some kind of food warehouse is such that it rings in your ears, at my request to give another number at the reception they said that there were no other rooms, although this, as we saw, was not entirely true in our building was full of empty rooms, with a normal view and no noise from air conditioners from the food warehouse.

I had to sleep for 11 days with closed balconies, and then the sound from the air conditioners was a little audible at night.

The service is mostly good, especially the waiters work well, there are friendly bartenders, and there are those in which you need to beg for coffee or tea, they pretend that they don’t see you, they serve those who give generous tips first of all.
The animation is weak but there is every day, preschool children will be interested, schoolchildren are already bored with round dances like in kindergarten, games repeat the movement.
Adult animation is more interesting, mostly Latin American dances, but often repetitive.
Slides for children are super many of them and they are exciting for children, for adults there is a water park near the Albatross Five hotel, water parks are cool for all ages.
Pools: Only one not very large pool is heated, in the other several pools it is comfortable to swim only in the afternoon when the water warms up a little from the sun.
Sea - you need to take a bus to walk it is good and regularly entering the sea, mostly good, you can swim without corals, but stones still fall sometimes you need to look under your feet.
There are a lot of fish at the end of the beach near the buoys, or on a wild beach, but you need to go there in corals and the entrance there is one dollar.

My conclusions about the hotel: the hotel will appeal to families with children, as well as adults who love the water park, the disadvantages of the hotel in my opinion are overcrowding in the hotel and a lack of staff, especially chefs, as well as staff, especially reception managers and bartenders, who do not really listen to hotel guests, but sometimes they are generally indifferent to requests.
