Staff: big questions about the staff, everyone walks around with sullen faces and pretends not to notice you - this applies to both waiters and bartenders, especially when they see that the child himself is often rude (I even had to stand up for other people's children several times), of course a few positive guys, but this is more likely due to the type of character, but there is not much to complain to and I think the management does not do any work with subordinates regarding the attitude towards hotel guests, the same situation with slide workers (they sit on their phones) and have to do on your own to start the descent and it is not always convenient and safe.
Meals: monotonous almost the same, but you won’t stay hungry, the main thing is to win back a normal portion from the cook on the grill or in another place where portioned dishes are served, who also constantly makes faces, know that upon departure you will not be collected anything in the lunch box as it was from my practice in other hotels so stock up on snacks in advance.
Cleaning / cleanliness: the territory is in principle well-groomed and it is clear that something is constantly cut and watered, but for the areas near the pool and sunbeds, then no, everything is dirty from the last day, tables and sunbeds are stuck after yesterday, at 10 o'clock the cleaners come to wipe it all but by this time the tables are almost occupied and they do not bother. Room cleaning is regular, towels are also changed, but when they came for lunch with a child and hung a “Do Not Disturb” sign, they still knocked on us or simply burst into the room, this continued all the time and complaints about the reception did not give anything and my answer to the staff " we don’t need any cleaning, let’s sleep” was the answer “well, I’m 10 minutes and that’s it”, I had to kick it out, but you won’t return the dream, a duplicate sign written by me on a napkin, put on the floor in front of the entrance, saved me a couple of times.
