I am writing a review for the first time and never thought that such a desire would arise. But as you can see... We rested at the hotel with a young man for 12 days.
To begin with, I would like to say a few words about Egypt itself. For me, the rest in this country was already 5 in a row, before that I rested in fives with my parents, and the memories and impressions were the best. My young man has never been to Egypt (only Turkey) and therefore I wanted to surprise him with the sea, fish, corals, culture. Last year I was in Turkey for the first time and, of course, after this vacation in Egypt, both of us seemed somehow more unsuccessful, full of comparisons.
I want to draw one conclusion from all this, you should go to Egypt only from across the sea, if you just like to fall out of life for 7-14 days in an atmosphere of complete comfort, you can choose a better option for a similar amount of money.
Now, in order about the hotel itself.

Accommodation. We had a very early flight, so we arrived at the hotel at 9 am, even before the official check-in. For 10 euros in the passport at the reception, they tried very hard and found us a room in building 3 (the main restaurant). Very pleased, we went to the room and what was our surprise when we opened the non-free room with a magnetic key - disassembled beds, personal belongings, clothes. Another hour went into the proceedings, all this time I sat on the suitcase and languished from the heat. They gave us a free room, in building 4 - overlooking the pool and the golf course. If you look deeper, we were very lucky with this confusion, because both the building and the room looked twice as good. And after that I was able to notice that the Germans and the British mostly lived there, so you can have no doubts about the relationship on a national basis.
Territory. This is the only thing I can give a solid ten. Beautiful, well-groomed, interesting. There are many canals and bridges, in the evening lanterns burn very beautifully, you can ride a gondola. A lot of sunbeds in the form of a large mattress with pillows - you can always find a free one, with ordinary sunbeds it is also always available, without early lessons - there are very, very many of them.
Nutrition. What can I say, I am very surprised by people's reviews about the wonderful, varied cuisine. I agree, I don’t have such an abundance at home, but is it the quantity? (and not such a large number, comparing with the same Turkey) I will not say anything good about breakfasts and lunches, dinners are still nothing - at least some variety. Delights - crabs and quails, I have not seen this in Egypt, yes. But it’s not tasty at all, it seems that they cook after this meat has been lying in the sun for a couple of weeks. Fruits: apples, pears, melons, bananas, green dates, guava. Watermelon was once on the 12th day, and for distribution, two pieces each.
A very economical hotel: food wanders from one serving to another, shish kebabs are served in sauce in the evening for lunch the next day, wilted and sour vegetables in salads. Now about the portions: sheer gore is everywhere, on every counter. Of course, two pieces per soul. If you start asking for more, of course they won’t refuse you, but they do it with obvious reluctance. Tell me, dear tourists, who scream about the excellent food in this hotel? Is it normal for a man to cut off a piece of chicken the size of a plum? A special mention to the rude waiters, but it's better to call them table cleaners, because they don't do anything else. Moreover, most of them (not all) remove the plates roughly, carelessly, as in a cheap canteen. If you have been to a more or less decent hotel before, then in Aqua Blue restaurants you will be surprised that you need to go to the bar for all the drinks yourself. And a nice bonus awaits you, if you do not come to the beginning of dinner at the main restaurant or lunch at Italian, then you will be asked to stand under the door of the restaurant and wait until the table is free and you are let in. Very cute.

Sea. Not only was it not very easy to get there in the heat, we tried to take the bus. About the sea itself - sadly, the reef is dead, there are few living creatures. They went to see fish and corals on a yacht in the Ras Muhamed reserve. There is one bar on the beach from the Aqua Blue hotel, at the very end, very inconvenient.
Room cleaning. Daily, very conscientious. They changed both bedding and towels, and once a week they change the shower curtain. Periodically spread swans, hearts.
The ratio of nations. Surprised by the previous review? 10 percent of Russians? )) Russians are all 50 percent, there are British, Germans, and there are also a lot of Arabs.
Aquapark. Interesting, cool, fun, but we got tired on the 3rd day. I can't speak for everyone. Some ride from the first to the last day.
After reading my review, you might think that I am a terrible skeptic who does not know how to relax and enjoy, a pessimist who looks for flaws or just write nasty things about hotels. I'm just a girl who wanted to show her boyfriend the good side of Egypt, and I failed to do so. Therefore, I strongly advise you, when going to this country, choose 5s and not this hotel.
