The hotel is good, everything is clean in the room, they clean well, there are heated pools, the children were delighted! Children's animation is wonderful, children cannot be pulled out of the children's club by the ears. We went: me, husband, daughter 5 years old, son 3 years old. The hotel has an all-inclusive system, the service is good, everyone is polite. The food was normal, we were not hungry, although the children constantly had something to eat. We did not bathe, we took food with us to the room and put it in the refrigerator. In general, the rest turned out, but INTOURIST IS SHIT! for the whole rest, the guide was at the reception only on time, and most importantly, he even managed to forget about the tour, that is, about us, we stupidly waited half an hour for the guide, and then he said that there were, like, power outages , even though people went on that tour that day, I was honestly shocked.
