Flight and transfer: We flew with the Nord Star airline. Both the takeoff and landing in Sharm were excellent, but when landing at Domodedovo, I had to be nervous. Moscow met us with a blizzard and strong wind, so we sat down instead of 25 minutes. 40, the plane tilted to one side or the other, but everything worked out. The food and service on the plane are excellent, and during the flight back, our tourists turned out to be some violent and somewhat drunk, poor flight attendants ran all the way, then to drink, then where we fly, then we arrive when we arrive. All questions were answered with a smile and very politely.
Upon arrival in Sharm, they put Sinai visas, and there were 13 of us. There were no questions for us. The meeting of the teztour for 5 points is as always clear and without delay.

Check-in and rooms: Here we were shown all the charm of the work of the staff of this hotel. Upon arrival, we approached the representative of Teza, the name is Sheriff, they asked, since we arrived as a company, to give us numbers nearby, when we received the cards, it turned out that all the intentions in different buildings were two numbers in 1, one in 5, one in 6 buildings. Our family got a room in building 6, the furniture was old, the view from the window to the stairs and the corridor of the opposite building. We didn’t check in, we went to the reception, and they told us - sorry, there are no places in the hotel, if you want, we can offer you a bungalow but for two families. We immediately had a question how many rooms in the bungalow say 2. Let's go look, we come to one large room and three beds, when we returned to the reception, we are so innocently told that yes, unfortunately there is only one room, but we can put 4 more beds for you there. In general, so "Hello comrades guest workers!!! ". As a result, we had to check into the 6th building, as a small child began to have nosebleeds, at the reception all they could offer was toilet paper, and our medicines were in a suitcase. True, it should be noted that two days later our room was changed to building 7, the room was smaller but much more decent and the view from the window was good. I want to note right away that if you are traveling with two children, then be prepared to check into buildings 6 or 7, since there are only rooms with a bunk bed for children. Here's another thing, our friends who lived in the first building had cockroaches in the room, and again the hotel staff did not react immediately, but only after my friend came to the Sheriff and asked the entire reception to resolve the issue with "animals" in the room. Then the cleaners immediately came running, covered up their hole with cement and processed the room. Moreover, it is a hole because there are huge cockroaches (4-5 cm), they run fast, and even fly. The friend's husband was able to kill only one, while chasing him with a slipper throughout the room.
Food: There are no complaints here. There was meat, and fish, and shrimp and squid in different versions. Vegetables and fruits were also always available. We did not starve and neither we nor our friends had any poisoning.
Water park and territory: I can't say that the territory is large, but it is very well-groomed and washed and cleaned constantly. But the aqua park is a plus of this hotel only in summer, since it is not heated, except for children, although there the water was so-so 20-21 degrees. For eleven days, the heating was turned on only on Sunday, as local Arabs with their wives and children came to rest.
Sea and beach: It is closer to the sea than to go by bus. There were always sunbeds, the beach is good, there is a reef on the beach, but it is small, but on a wild beach the reef is a fairy tale, there are a lot of fish and corals. Since the beach is located in a bay, it is quite quiet there even in windy weather.
Corals and masks can be bought in a store near the hotel for 4 and 12 USD, respectively, at a fixed price - you can’t bargain there. The beach is more expensive. If you need cheaper then in the old city. Getting there is easy. At the exit from the hotel, there are usually taxis, you come up - an old market is $ 3 - they take you without questions, the fare is not worth more. There is everything at the collapse, they easily drop 70 percent of the initial price, the main thing is not to rush and not grab things right away, after the price does not suit you - you leave, they usually catch up and drop the price even more... The further you go deeper into the market, the lower the price.
Special thanks to local doctors, I had to turn. Only when a disease occurs, it is necessary not to run to the hotel doctor, but to call the insurance company, explain the symptoms, and a car will come for you within 20-30 minutes. In short, medical assistance is at the proper level, which is not unimportant.

General conclusion: The hotel is not bad, but the first impression was spoiled upon check-in (probably just something to compare with), the staff is arrogant and their attitude does not change even with regular tipping, with rare exceptions (the reception bar and the staff in the Asian restaurant are super) , ice pools. We will not go there again and do not recommend to anyone, but it's up to you. I partially agree with the negative reviews that are here. We regret that after reading them before the trip we did not change the hotel.
