Rested from 07.10. 12 to 14.10. 12. Tez tour operator.
Having received the documents a few days before departure, they were unpleasantly surprised by the change in the return flight, the time of its departure, and the airline.
We took off on schedule from Domodedovo. The flight went great. Nord Star Company. We arrived at the hotel at about 9-00, after a declarative statement from the reception staff about the need to wait for check-in no earlier than 13-00, but most likely 14-00.20 dollars were offered and the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. The room was issued close to the sea, taking into account the wishes. This was already the 4th visit to this hotel in all the time we visited Egypt. The choice once again fell due to the quite good location of the hotel itself and being on the 1st line.

The name used to be slightly different. The owners and management were Italians, now they seem to be Arabs. I would say that it does not correspond to 4 stars now. Service, food, attitude towards tourists from Russia and the CIS has deteriorated greatly since our last visit. And the banal rudeness of the reception staff and their position on some issues speak in favor of the fact that this was our last visit to this hotel. But more on that later. By the way, for several years now there has been some kind of fenced pit in the middle of the hotel. As of today, no work is being done.
As I said, the hotel is well located, far from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance to the center of Naama Bay along the promenade. The beach, next to the beautiful corals of the Sofitel hotel. The food is ok, but it used to be much better. Animation is present, some people like it. The loud hodgepodge of music on the beach finishes. All-inclusive meals are implemented strangely, but tolerably, you can live. Although, of course, it is not very clear why a person who wants beer needs to go not to a bar on the beach where it is not poured, but to a pool bar. The pool bar is run by a friendly and generally great guy, Ali.
Cleaning in the rooms of this hotel was so-so before. Now I understand it doesn't exist at all. Tipping does not affect its quality at all, that is, what you give money does not remove a damn thing, whatever you give. Only an imitation of cleaning is done.
The beach is normal. Partially sandy entrance. Of course, it's a bit crowded, considering that with three hotels tourists are based on it, but everything is quite normal. Sunbeds are decent, towels are washed, given out, there is a shower. There are enough umbrellas for everyone. It stinks of solarium because of the boats and ships at the pantone. Sellers of excursions, massages, masks, etc. etc. Of course they bake, but mostly only upon arrival. The prices for excursions from representatives of the Tez Tour are exorbitant. We took a 50% cheaper trip to Petra in the center of Naama, we were satisfied with what we saw, despite its tediousness.

The rest was generally good, except for its end. The Red Sea never ceases to delight and amaze. But there was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste in terms of the position of the hotel and the tour operator on some issues that I want to share so that you are ready for such moments. The Tez tour company died for me until the apology arrived. Which so far has not been followed by anyone. So far, there has only been rudeness on the part of its representatives, lies and the inclusion of a fool.
And so in order. The departure was scheduled for 19.00, the departure of the bus at 15.40. In this regard, after breakfast, I paid for a room for another 6 hours for $ 40, without food, because I still wanted to fully rest and not leave it at 12.00. At 15.30 we arrived at the reception, handed over the keys to the room and cards for towels, but it turned out that the bus did not come and would not be there at all, since the departure time was changed to 00.40 without informing anyone, and the departure from the hotel to 20.40. No one warned us about this, let alone a day, we already learned about it after waiting for half an hour for a bus that had not arrived. At our legitimate request to the receptionist to give us the key to our paid room, we received a sarcastic refusal with the reasoning that it had already been removed. The representative of the Tez tour refused to help in resolving this issue and stepped back from the problem. I think that this is just rabid rudeness towards customers, because together with our other fellow citizens we had to spend another 9 tedious hours waiting for the flight in the hotel lobby, despite the fact that we paid for the room. During our wait, we were not offered food or drink. The information coming from the representatives of the Tez tour about the constantly postponing flight was extremely false. Moreover, they began to bring people from Taba, Dohab to our hotel, on this flight and the fae of the hotel was filled with the weeping of tired children and the noise of indignant adults, since the representatives of the Tez tour constantly blatantly lied from the very beginning that our bus was about to arrive. That he picks up people from a nearby hotel and will be there in 10 minutes. So it went on for 5 hours. And the employees of the Tez tour all just lied, lied, and lied. In spite of the fact that people already through their own channels from freely available information on the Internet were already learning about more and more train delays.
During all this time, they didn’t give us any food, they didn’t pour a glass of water, they didn’t react to the demand to call the tourist police and write a statement to all this disgrace, but continued to lie, lie and lie that the issue was being resolved, that they had already hired another plane and they'll pick us up and we'll fly away. As a result, it turned out that they simply did not want to place us anywhere, feed and water, which was known earlier that our plane had not yet arrived in Sharm and all this was freely available to those who had the Internet. And everyone lied to us, lied and lied looking into our eyes. On the Tez tour hotline, nothing but rudeness also turned out.
When the bus came, people no longer believed the representatives of the Tez tour that we were being taken to the airport for a flight, and not just taken there to wait to get rid of us and refused to get on it.

Then we were taken for another hour to other hotels, where we picked up people who were also already refusing to get on the bus and tired of the lies. Then there were a couple more agonizing hours of waiting at the airport with no general knowledge about whether our flight would take off or not.
And finally, after a flight on some trough of the Kuban airline on 10/15/12 at 10 o'clock in the morning, we sat down at Vnukovo airport.
