Upon arrival settled not immediately, but definitely before 14.00. At first they offered room 717. The room itself is not bad, triple (albeit for two), BUT... without a balcony (and for us its presence is important, well, very, very necessary : )), so for an additional fee of 10 dollars we were moved to room 719 (with a balcony). We came to relax, and not to look for flaws in the room, so the room suited us perfectly. The room has a kettle (+ tea bags, coffee, sugar), iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, a minimum set of cosmetics in the bathroom.
The territory of the hotel is huge and very well-groomed, there is a cascade of pools (for children even under a canopy) and a playground for kids. You need to walk to the beach, although if you cut up from the beach in a bummer - there is a delivery with a very pleasant and cheerful driver (they change there, but he is such One, you will understand).
Please do not regret buying "Alenka" chocolates in your homeland to leave tips for the staff - their chocolate is expensive, they cannot afford to buy it for their children, so they will be extremely happy with this present.

The food is generally monotonous, which does not prevent, however, from overeating to disgrace : ) There were not enough fruits in May: apples, dates, tangerines, oranges, sometimes green melons. Sweet, in my opinion, is not presented in such a huge assortment as in Turkey.
I do not recommend the a la carte restaurant, nothing special, long service, you will definitely run up - eat up : )
Be sure to take a walk to Soho Square, go to Naama Bay and Old Market. Of course, for especially wealthy tourists, there is a taxi back and forth from the hotel (for $ 14 both ways for two), BUT... if you get to the Concorde Hotel, turn your back to it, see the paved road going into the distance, go to its end, go out onto the road that crosses it perpendicularly, cross it (through a flower bed, it’s a sin to hide it) to the other side and stop the blue minibus without a number, you will be taken to these places (Naama Bay and Old Market) for $ 1 (for two in one direction ). Feel the difference? ! : )
Regarding the Old Market... This is such a huge oriental bazaar (like the Troeshchensky market), where you can buy EVERYTHING. I recommend: Egyptian teas (I really liked the Bedouin), fruits (mangoes were taken at $ 3 per 1 kg - 3 pieces, and not for $ 6, as near the hotel). We took the greener ones as souvenirs and the ripe ones for our loved ones to pop on the beach. Key chains (very original) for $2 each, but wholesale is discounted. Towels (embroidered in Egyptian style). . .
Another tip: do not leave bread in the room (to feed the fish and take beautiful photos) in a conspicuous place, because RED ANTS will find it, they will find it even through a plastic bag, they will stick around it so that you will not be happy. They didn’t find it in three plastic bags - it helped : ) And don’t leave sweets like that either, they found Hols in my bag, and so stuck around that it’s tin. Well, it’s necessary to covet such a muck !! ! : )
By the way, mosquitoes also bite a little, although the hotel undergoes periodic treatment with repellents.

And one more piece of advice, as from a mom who doesn’t do that anymore: well, don’t drag small children with you. They will not have time to acclimatize, as you are already dragging them home, to undergo acclimatization again. We observed vomiting, nosebleeds, and allergies in babies. It's hard to look at this. Or at least take the necessary minimum list of medicines with you so that you do not have to contact the local hospital for insurance.
By the way, at the end of our stay the air temperature in the sun was 42 degrees. It's in May!! ! Think about what will happen in the summer...
In general, if you have a sound mind, a sober mind, a certain amount of dollars in your pocket, you will have a wonderful vacation, you'll see!! !
