Hi all. We rested from 12/30/2016 to 01/06/2017. The hotel is excellent, why 4 * is not clear, 5 * are the same, or even worse.
The food is excellent, but with alcohol it would be necessary to come up with something (but this was expected, they took what they wanted with them). Animators and animation at UUUURRRAAAAA, special thanks for the fun and activity to NATASHA and Yulia! There were quite a lot of people for this time of the year, Slavs (mostly Ukrainians), about 15% Arabs (but they are very kind and welcoming), either we were lucky, or we are all kind and cheerful, but there were no conflicts during the rest period.
The light card did not work in the room, but the problem was solved and fixed quickly, the staff was friendly. I was very surprised by their decency, they forgot to close the safe, with money, phones, video cameras, etc. , they didn’t take anything, the safe was closed when cleaning the room and they came to open it with us with all the property described in the safe, they checked everything and surprisingly not a single dollar not even taken, for this great respect for the hotel staff.

I really liked the SPA area: sauna, hammam, jacuzzi. On the beach near the water there are new sunbeds, towels in very good condition. Glasses from under cocktails and drinks were cleaned all the time, there was no garbage. But the main decoration of the hotel is the reef and very cool fish! If you take diving, you will see much more of the marine world of the Red Sea.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.
