We rested together with my husband for 10 days. We were in Egypt for the first time, so there was nothing to compare with.
A very nice girl from a travel agency advised us this hotel, they wanted to go to the top five, but they dissuaded us and said that this four would be no worse than any five of this level. Moreover, a couple went ahead of us and they said that the hotel was occupied by 70% of people, which means that the animation will be good and the food will be good and in general everything will work.
Arrived at the hotel in the evening, around 19:30, immediately taken to the room. We did not choose the room, as they immediately gave a good one, with a balcony and a view of the main pool and the sea. Everything worked and air conditioning, and hair dryer and shower, there was a large plasma TV, iron and ironing board.
The TV showed two Russian channels and one Ukrainian, the rest were local.
They did not turn anything on the beds, even if they left a dollar, it is clear that the cleaner in our building does not know how to do it.
The selection at the buffet restaurant was good. For breakfast, they always made omelettes, there were pancakes with jam, honey, chocolate, muffins, croissants, yogurts, oatmeal, corn flakes with milk, you can make toast yourself. For lunch and dinner there is always fish, meat, liver, pasta, rice, potatoes, salads and just some vegetables, and much more, there was one Italian evening where they made pasta and pizza. I really liked all the bars near the beach (served sandwiches with tuna, french fries, ice cream chips from 14:00 to 17:00) and near the pool (chips and ice cream from 14:00 to 17:00)
The staff is very smiling, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is clean! And by the pools! And the whole territory is well-groomed!
