I go to this hotel for the second time, my friend for the third time. The hotel was chosen according to several criteria, in particular WiFi throughout the territory (we watched videos even on the beach), a good reef. The food is normal. This is what happened last year.
And now this year's disappointments:
1. You can not go to lunch on the second line. We settled on the first one, and last time you could go to the second one when the restaurant on the first one was full. This time we were banally wrapped. Okay, I think it happens.
In the restaurants themselves, one time it was impossible to find a place, the second time the dishes ran out, regularly there are no glasses for water. All water is icy, room temperature is available only in coolers, as a result, my throat began to hurt like from a cold. Unpleasant.
2. There is no WiFi as such, only at the reception and by the pool. The signal constantly disappears, I had to buy a local card.

3. Sea. And here an unfortunate incident happened. According to the requirements of the new hotel manager (the girls from the animation said that the manager changed a month ago, and everything became bad), and so, according to the new requirements, it is forbidden to swim behind the buoys along the reef!! ! Moreover, you are not just whistled from the boom (this can be ignored), but a person actually swims near the buoys and grabs your legs and arms if you swim behind the buoys. I haven't had such annoyance in a long time. That is, imagine that you pay normal money for a ticket, fly to look at the fish - and in the end you have to splash in a crowded "paddling pool", where everyone is on each other's heads and there are actually no fish because there are a lot of people. I must say right away that the guys on the boom tried to smooth the situation, and I am very grateful to them for this. This is really their job, they just do what they say - and I understand them. Therefore, there are claims exclusively to the new top manager who invented all this. And because of which I had to get up at half past six in the morning to swim BEFORE the "rescue" team comes and starts whistling and pulling everyone's legs (actually, it was very unpleasant).
In addition, because of the whistle, it was impossible on the beach, the whistle is very well audible, and they whistle literally constantly.
Separately, I want to mention the food - everything is sad. Their fruits: dates (inedible), apples (tasteless), guava-orange-grapefruit - tasty and cool, but not always there. The melon is tasty, but it is quickly sorted out. Almost all food is very greasy, cooked in a huge amount of oil, every day the same thing, i. e. there isn't much of a choice.
In general, I'm not sure that I will go to Egypt again, at least not to this hotel - although I liked it here before. Egypt as a whole is very sank as a country.
Separately, I want to say about our new tour operator Joys Tour (I think so). On the bus, they said that you must come to the meeting with the guide, because according to the new rules, you need to fill out some kind of migration cards (except for those at the airport). We came to the meeting (although there was no point - we are 5-7 times in Egypt, we know all the excursions, if necessary, we take from local Russian-speaking companies or from a tour operator). As a result, it turned out that nothing needs to be filled out, and we were collected solely for the purpose of selling excursions. Out of boredom, I sat down to hang on the phone - and the guide pulled me up several times, despite the fact that I explained that I was listening to him - and in the end I had to put down the phone like at school and "listen" to the representative of the Joys Tour. It was very stupid and annoying. Moreover, he did not say anything new.
