We flew from TO TIU. Everything is clear, without delays and complaints. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, at 10 we were given the keys to the room for check-in, and at 11 we put on bracelets and we are full guests of the hotel! ))

It has its own + and - On the one hand, it is much further from the sea, about 10 minutes on foot, but a shuttle bus runs every half an hour, and on the other hand, the second line is a clear 5 *! The second line has its own reception, its own restaurant, its own bar. A chain of pools stretches along the entire line (even sand is poured on one side !!! )), with its own slide, lifeguard, separately fenced area for kids and with the issuance of towels.
So, room 8020, on the first floor, is not the farthest. somewhere in the middle of the complex (nearest rooms to the restaurant and reception, these are starting with 2. . . and 9. . . )

There was a rumor along the first line that the food in our restaurant is better and tastier, and when we arrived for dinner, we were surprised to find a queue at the entrance to the restaurant! True, I didn’t have to wait long, 5-7 minutes and it was only 3 times, after which the administrator began to check which line the guests were from (I was especially interested in - according to the concept of the hotel, guests eat in a restaurant on the line of residence). However, when there was no queue, no one checked the bracelets and the line of accommodation at the hotel, and you could visit any of the restaurants.
Beach: here was the biggest disappointment! The beach has several levels, but at 9 am, taking a seat in the shade (if there are two or more of you) is no longer realistic. There are only free-standing sun loungers. And then, on the top two tiers of the beach, away from the sea. The lower tier is never free at all, it seems that they leave towels for the night as well. And this despite the fact that the hotel is large, has two lines and is not completely filled (maximum 50%). Towels are issued from 9 am, but a couple of times there were delays until 9.30 and after the indignation of hotel guests, towels appeared from 8 am). Bars: on the beach from 10 am juice-water, from 11 am - alcohol (vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, brandy (Egyptian quality) and cocktails. There are no natural juices, only yupi type. Pool bars worked on the same principle. Snack on the beach: cookies after 11 a. m. From 2 to 4 p. m. - French fries, tuna sandwiches or hot dogs with chicken / sausages and ice cream (they are also on the pool bar of the second line), they close after 6 p. m. Three times (!!! ) in two weeks, and in the very heat (+33, +35), we had to return to the reception to reprogram the lock code (they didn’t change the keys, they changed something in the computer program), each time showing the voucher and reminding that we are here for 2 weeks! Perhaps you rarely stay for more than a week (the first time the key did not work on the 8th day of your stay, the second time on the 11th day and on the penultimate day of your stay), but three times a week is too much! Hotel management, please!
According to the concept of the hotel, breakfast is not allowed on the day of arrival, and lunch is not allowed on the day of departure. But the bracelets are not cut off for everyone when renting a room.
