This hotel is terrible even by the most loyal Egyptian standards. Let's get down to business) The hotel is aging, it's hard to say how many years it hasn't been repaired, the number of rooms, the mattresses are stale. Completely not ready for a holiday with a child, there are no beds, no conditions. Next, one of the highlights is the beach. The beach there is at most 10 meters, on it, of course, a million sunbeds on each other's heads, but in order to even lie on your head, you need to take a place under the sun at 6 in the morning. Whoever came to take a seat at 8 in the morning will get "not the first line" of the beach))) there are areas where there are sunbeds, by the way, the sunbeds are aging, they are not adjustable in height, the umbrellas are dry and let the sun through, i. e. if you want to lie in the shade or you are with a child, it will not work. Well, if you came to the beach later than 9 am, sorry, there are no sunbeds or towels anymore. Go to the pool, the staff says. There are enough sunbeds at the pools, but there are no towels anywhere (More to the sea how many steep stairs with crooked steps, there is a pantone, normal, the reef is also normal for those who are the first time in Egypt, who are the second and more - do not appreciate it. The hotel area is huge , green, its essence is that it is not stretched along the sea but from the sea!! ! There are rooms on the 1st line, there are on the 2nd. The food itself is normal, we are not picky, there was something to eat. Parties are held in a strange room, with low ceilings and dubious lighting, there is also a mini disco. Animation, I don’t know, somehow they didn’t spend time with them. The staff is very arrogant, when you make comments that something is not working, they say: they’ll fix it now. They don’t fix anything When you come and repeat pros wow - nothing changes. Even if you go to reception all day long, nothing will change.
