Ужасный отель . Terrible hotel.

1. We chose this hotel on the advice of a travel agency, the manager advised us with the words "in this hotel you will definitely have a clean bed and a comfortable stay. " Upon check-in, we see the bed stained and with holes! A rusty toilet that just needed to be cleaned. After 40 minutes, they came to us and changed only 1 sheet, which was with hair !!
2. Terrible animation, animators thump until the morning, and at 11 o'clock they only begin to come to life and get people to go to yoga / exercise or water aerobics in the sun
3. Absolutely tactless staff, after we didn’t leave $ 1 for cleaning, as a result we got a torn outlet and a bottle of water under the door, so if you don’t leave money, don’t count on good service.
4. There is wi-fi, but very bad, as it catches only near the main pool and in the lobby.

5. Towels on the beach start to be issued from 8 am, if they handed it in the evening, and in the morning they decided to go swimming after breakfast. You will have to lie on a bare sunbed.
6. The bar starts at 9, but at 9 they only come to their workplace, they start serving at 10! Diluted cola and powdered juice.
7. The hotel area is not cleaned, if you come to the pool in the morning, be prepared to lie among cigarette butts and cups. The staff starts to do something at 11, while breakfast at the hotel is from 6:30, therefore half of the hotel is no longer sleeping!
