I usually don't leave reviews, but since I chose them myself, I'll write.
Were in the hotel with a friend of 24 and 25 years old, in the period September 15-22. We flew through the wind rose, theses tour. There are no questions here, everything is clear, understandable and on time.
1. Settlement. We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. They settled quickly, but in a room where the light did not work, air conditioning and there was no balcony))) upon return at the reception 20 c. u. doing their job : ) after 5 minutes we were in a great room, the first room to the sea with a beautiful terrace - room 101. At 12 at night there was a late dinner.

2. Numbers. Podushatanny furniture, we personally did not care. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is good - everything, we didn't need anything else. Cleaning every day, change of towels and linen also. Everything was soapy and bryly, but we used our own. Our seeds left in the room or chocolate Chaika or Alyonka work wonders. The room was always very clean, swans, hearts, etc. of towels were present.
3. Sea. MAGICALLY! Very beautiful reefs and fish. The pallet is comfortable and not long. You can hardly swim with small children - immediately a great depth. There is a sandy entry, but literally 4 meters and it is very shallow, further reefs. There is nothing to do there without a mask, we did not need corals.
4. Pools. Always clean and tidy. There are 3 or 4 of them on the territory. But everyone uses one at the main building of the restaurant, I don’t know why the rest. The same pool and bar. There are always free sunbeds.
5. Nutrition. I will write about this point a little later, the details)) In general, everything is good in terms of nutrition. Of course, do not expect lobsters and squids, not the price policy of the hotel. There are a lot of pastries, there are always a lot of them, we didn’t eat almost anything, it’s a matter of figure)) but what we tried was delicious. There are always a lot of vegetables and salads, whatever, there will even be strange ones, for example, with pasta and potatoes) For lunch and dinner, there were always several types of pasta, meat, potatoes (they don’t know how to cook it), everything else is very good.
There were always soups and milk porridges, we just didn't try them. For breakfast, scrambled eggs are always cooked and there are breakfast cereals, yogurts, toasts, etc. For lunch and dinner, waiters serve alcohol. In terms of drinks, there is something like when there were such disastrous "Yuppies" orange and pineapple) I have been drinking pure water since the third day, my friend too)) You can always make custard coffee and tea. From fruits: dates, oranges, grapefruits, sweets, apples - always. There were also pears, green bananas and pomegranates, 3 times a week for sure.
6. Staff. GORGEOUS! They try very hard, always friendly, ready to help, always interested in how you are doing and greet you. Upon arrival in Kyiv, out of habit, I wanted to greet people in the subway)))

7. Animation. I don't even know what to write here. We went for the rest of the "seals" we got it, we did not expect entertainment. Animators girls and boys are trying. Every day exercises, once a week water aerobics, every day 2-3 dances are danced on the main pool - that's all. And, and 2 times a week they go to sell tickets to discos, exit - 15 USD, on the pool beach (once a week on Thursdays) - 10 USD. In general, the guys do what the hotel allows them to do. But in general - there is no animation as such, but I'm sure this is not a question for the animators themselves, but for the hotel.
8. Alcohol. Disgusting. We didn't drink. It's like everywhere else in Egypt, they don't have good alcohol. But a lot of people drank, maybe a matter of taste.
9. Eviction. We were evicted at 12 noon, picked up the bus at 6 to the airport. We dined without any problems after check-out and at the reception agreed to leave towels, still lie down before leaving the pool, cards from the towels were given closer to the check-out.
Well, now about the MINUSES of our holiday) 80% of the tourists in it are Ukraine, our people. In general, if I flew somewhere from Paris, my conclusion would be the same: there is a terrible famine in Ukraine and people have not seen food. Guys, this is just a nightmare. For the first two days I walked around the restaurant with square eyes. I never thought that our people are such a redneck. There are many reviews that the food is monotonous, now I understand why )) On the very first day, 10 plates of food are collected on the table for two! TEN, CARL, FOR TWO! And of course food in such a layer of 10 centimeters above the plate.
They row and rake just everything they see, it doesn’t matter if it’s tasty or not, whether he eats it or not, but you have to take everything, just everything that is. Certainly. the stomach is a non-rubber thing, then it is all thrown away and malnourished. It all looks just awful, I can’t even imagine what the Arabs think of us) For example, a large tray with pears was placed, there were 250 of them for sure, exactly 5 minutes later it was empty. Do you know where? ) Our people are ramming all this into dozens of packages. into pockets and even into small vessels! ) Yes, they come to the restaurant with vessels and they also pack food there))

If you come for lunch 15 minutes before the start, be prepared to see a line of people out of 40 who occupy it in advance, because God forbid there isn’t enough piece of meat or pears won’t pick up a full package)) And then get to lunch, it’s like a picture like the storming of the Bastille)) No kidding, people push each other, overtake as soon as the restaurant door opens, it's 13:00. When I saw this, without jokes, for 10 minutes I could not move away from laughter, right with tears in my eyes. A. and yes, the sunbeds on the beach are covered in towels FROM THE NIGHT! What if there is not enough space? )) Therefore, do not be surprised if you come to the beach at 7 in the morning - there are no people, and half of the places are occupied, this is all who took care of themselves from the night. P. S. there were always free and comfortable places.
In general, guys, rest in the first place depends on you. We liked everything except for those points that do not depend on the hotel at all. Have a nice holiday everyone : )
