The staff is just great! Some people speak Russian. The most friendly, sociable were: Ahmed Soliman, Ahmed Hamada, Ismael Sayed (I did not list all of them due to ignorance of their names).
The food is also at the level of all 10 stars. The cooks, waiters and the head of the dining room also really liked.
I have no complaints about the hotel, I really want to go back.
