To be honest, I didn't want to go to Egypt anymore. The sea is good, but I was terribly strained by "racial discrimination. " When they run to the Arabs and Europeans in a jump, but they don’t seem to notice you. And every year it became more and more pronounced. But the wife made a gift for the anniversary (although I insisted on a restaurant) and did not lose (although I chose the hotel, and not by chance, and not by reviews).
Staff

The staff is excellent. Most likely, the work of the Hilton network management affects. 6 years ago I rested in Hilton Waterfalls - everything was also on top. Absolutely no discrimination. There is no distribution according to the color of the bracelet - the Europeans are one color, the post-Soviet space is another. Arabs and children have yellow bracelets (without alcohol). Everything is in order in the bars and in the restaurant. Many are outraged that they gave one glass each at the bar. ONE saw this! times with a large crowd of people at the beach bar. But this was most likely due to the lack of glasses. And so that everyone has enough to set such a norm. So sometimes you just need to understand minor inconveniences as a human being.
Room cleaning is excellent too. They didn’t just make the bed and twist the elephant, but wet cleaning is carried out. The glass door to the shower room was rubbed to a mirror shine. Yes, they left a dollar, although this is not at all necessary. But this is not because I wanted high-quality cleaning, but simply for human reasons. After all, workers receive very little money.
Once there was a small incident - they hung only one towel for the face. So that there were no complaints during check-out, I immediately contacted the reception. They apologized. They said that they did not have time to deliver clean linen from the laundry and they would fix everything.
Food
I'm not particularly picky about food, so I won't write too much. There were crabs, squids, tuna (although the wife said that she would cook tuna better). Always came to eat in the afternoon. There was always enough. We didn't experience any shortage.
Sometimes, of course, you had to wait a bit until the table was cleaned and reserved. But believe me, the waiters do not walk around the hall. They run. The large population may have had an effect.
Didn't go to a la carte restaurants.
Check-in, check-out
We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. According to the rules, check-in takes place at 14.00, but we were settled at 11.
The flight was in the evening. The bracelets, after the delivery of the room, no one took off, so that the bars can be freely used. Leave towels before check out.

The territory of course loses to previous hotels in size (I'm talking about the 1st line. On the second - a large area with a huge, but shallow, 110cm pool). Quite densely built up. But on every free plot everything is planted with greenery.
Pools
There are like 4 of them. One with a water slide. But deep, 195cm, only central. The loud music on the central pool was a little straining, but after a couple of days I got used to it and even dozed off under it.
Number
Great spacious room with good bathroom. Maybe of course we got one.

Cigarette butts (although there are ashtrays), plastic and paper cups, etc. Honestly, it was painful to look at this sight when this “mixture” floats above the pontoon in crystal clear water. Where she goes afterward, I don't know. Maybe they catch it with a net. I would remove sunbeds and umbrellas from there. Maybe “tourists” would not be so dirty.
There is a good saying: "You can take a person out of a village, but not a village out of a person. " Residents of the countryside, if you are not the kind of pig that leaves behind mountains of garbage, then this is not about you. Believe me, there are many more of these in the city.
