УЖАСНЫЙ отель, отношение как к скоту! HORRIBLE hotel, treated like cattle!

We chose a hotel for a very long time, we decided to stay in Sharks Bay, as they have a good beautiful reef, and this was the main criterion. Our departure was supposed to be at 11:30, but it was postponed to 13:30 (departed at 14:20) and we arrived late in the evening. Entering the hall, we were put on bracelets and told to go to dinner while the room was prepared for us. We settled in a room on the first line, where the old number of rooms, we got a good option, since we didn’t find fault with the room, the room didn’t upset us) The only huge minus is zero soundproofing, you can hear everything... who sneezes, who cries, who does what.
The corals in this hotel are beautiful, there are few sunbeds, there is little beach. You can rarely get on a sunbed, although you will arrive at 8-10 in the morning, everyone is busy. Many people lie on the sand.


The food here is simple, don't expect frills and variety. Every day is the same. But they cook well. There is no bar in the restaurant, if you want to drink something, then you need to run after the waiter, who already has “well... pa in soap”, to bring a glass of wine, and then maybe at the end of dinner you will wait.
Since we arrived late in the evening and did not get lunch at all, and it is paid for, we went to the reception and asked us to reschedule lunch for the departure time (departure 16:30), we were refused. When they approached the Russian-speaking girl, the manager in the restaurant, she said that they practice this and that it is possible to reschedule lunch. She promised to find out the time of our check-in, and if we didn’t get lunch, then it would be possible to go in and eat before departure. You simply cannot imagine our surprise when she told us that we checked in at 10:40 and at the reception they said that we were just lying. To say that we are shocked would be an understatement. . . this is the first time we have encountered such goofiness. To which we brought her plane tickets, where the departure is 11:30 (although we were rescheduled for 13:30, but you can’t prove it), we had to prove that we weren’t lying.
It's just a nightmare, the hotel is so shitty, there is no territory, no beach, no service, no normal rooms, the animation is terrible, the canteen is the same and there is no choice. Yes, and put some do not understand who... I would not advise anyone to go here, for the money there are better hotels! In Egypt, the 3rd time, there is something to compare.
