The staff was not very friendly. They pretended that they did not understand anything in Russian and reluctantly answered questions.
Lobio on the first line is terrible, reminiscent of the USSR. The doors did not close and we sat in a continuous draft. At 8.30, once again offering money, we were told that they would settle earlier. At about 9 we were given cards from the rooms and we went around the hotel to look for our rooms, since no one accompanied us. Accordingly, with suitcases and bags in hand.

Our room was supposed to be 2+1. When we entered, we were at a loss, as there was one large bed. We found a hotel employee on the floor, explained on the fingers that there was no one more bed. Ran somewhere. 15 minutes later they knocked on the door and brought us a bed. And it turned out like appendicitis in the middle of the room. Okay. Little problem. You can survive.
On the same day we have a meeting with the guide. And then the question is: what about people who have not yet settled in, sit in jackets, go sleepy and listen about the need to buy excursions and trips to the store?????
This is the first time I've seen such an unpleasant guide. (We flew from Pegas). People who were late for the meeting, due to problems with the settlement, were asked to repeat what was said, which was refused!!!!
When I asked if today I could think about excursions, consult, since we are on the road, and give you an answer tomorrow, I received the answer no !!!! ! That she is not going to come here every day to meet her every day!!! ! Well, OK!!!!
More about the hotel itself:
1. On the first line there is one heated pool, the second is some kind of small one with a roof, where shade and ice water fall. The third with one slide, and another small pool on the way to the sea. The water is clean, the bleach did not smell much, they were cleaned every evening. There are no questions here.
2. The beach is very small and not designed for so many people! We were lying on the beach of a nearby hotel, it's good that it didn't work. Naturally without sun loungers, but just on the sand. The reef is beautiful. When the tide was high, the children were able to swim near the shore. Since not everyone is ready to jump from the bridge.
3. The bar by the sea is a tin!!!! ! The fact that you have to climb to it from the shore is half the trouble, the queue is also understandable !!! ! But the service is a big plus! Beer is constantly running out!!! ! They are not in a hurry to change the keg. This may take 10-30 minutes. They pour it into paper glasses until they reach the sea, and there is less than half a glass. Because most of it is foam. Beer is running out that's not all!!! ! The glasses are over!! ! Can you imagine!!! ! You have to go with your paper glass so that they pour something for you !!! ! Once they wanted to take tea, so the boiling water ended)))))

They write in the description of the hotel about a large selection of snacks on the beach)))) it is not available)))) from 14.00-16.00 french fries + bun as for a hot dog and there is some kind of filling. Every day is the same!!!!!
And in order for you to be given this roll, you must sit at the table, and if there is no place, you are simply bypassed like an invisible person !!!!!
4. Canteen, you can’t call it otherwise !!! ! The queues are crazy both at the entrance and inside. If you come later, then you stand and wait for people to eat and then let you in. The food is monotonous, but edible. There is possible! The choice is very small! But that's not the point!!! ! The saddest part is the dirty dishes!!!!! ! When you take the plates, you can feel the pieces from the leftover food. Forks are sticky. Lots of broken crockery. You take a cup and are afraid that, God forbid, the handle does not fall off and all the contents are not on you! There was also a very unpleasant smell in the canteen !!!! ! Like from the toilet!!!! ! Straight to the point of nausea!!!! ! Every third person in the hotel had Herpes and it's terrible!!!!! ! I also saw in the description about the children's menu !! ! He was absent!!!! ! At all!!!! ! There were high chairs! And there is no menu!
5. The rooms were cleaned normally, but there is one but!!! ! They stole from the rooms!!!!! ! Cigarettes, drugs! Bought vitamins and they stole them!!! ! Of course, you can say that it was necessary to hide the safe, but this is the first time for us !!!!
6. Animation is very weak. We didn't attend the show, so we can't say anything. The kids club is old and has a strange smell. But the girls are very friendly!
7. The description of the hotel says about the bathrobes in the rooms - they were not!!! ! There weren't even slippers!
8. The bed was clean, the towels were clean and white!!! ! There are no complaints here!
9. Ala carte restaurants - one name!!! ! Bottle of wine 30 d, only water is free!!!!

10. Another unpleasant moment: there was a strong smell from the shower. So that you understand, so strong that it was impossible to be in the room. They called the master (not the first time they responded to our appeal) and he just sprayed some kind of deodorant
A remedy that had to sleep with an open balcony!!! ! The smell lasted until the end of the holiday !!!!!
I can't say it's all bad! But I don't want to go there again! So the choice is yours!
