This is our first trip to Egypt, so we have nothing to compare with. WE arrived around 10 am, we were told that they could check in by 13-00 according to the standard, we agreed and received the keys to the room for a fee. We were advised this hotel, they said that the food there is good. The food was bland, but we even liked it. The hotel has two lines, one closer to the sea with rooms that have long been rebuilt, and the second line there are newer rooms and you can choose where it is better, such a privilege. The room was normal, but during our entire stay the safe broke 3-4 times, something with the code was wrong and the handle in the bathroom broke, we changed it. The staff themselves work quickly, but calling them in the evening is problematic. Hairdryer outlets in the bathroom didn't work, which was nonsense. We were basically satisfied.
