The pools were not heated on either 1 or 2 lines, the water was about 20 degrees, it was cold to swim and the children did not swim at all (although usually they cannot be pulled out of the pool), and we did not swim either.
When asked why the pool is not heated, it was said that they had already started the season. And the fact that it's cold is not their problem. It's nature's way this year.
There is no children's menu at all.

Snacks! They don't exist at all. And, children, having breakfast at 8 am had to wait for the next meal at 13.00! and, accordingly, after lunch, which ended at 15, we are waiting for food until 18.30. I have never seen anything like this in an all inclusive hotel.
At the same time, the staff makes sure that you do not take any bun from the restaurant with you. And it's all inclusive.
Drinking water. In a room for 3 people per day, 1 bottle of water, 1.5 liters, is issued. There are no coolers or the possibility of getting more water in the room. You can take your empty bottle and go to a bar, ask for drinking water...And if the family drinks a lot of water, then you go to the bar all the time to beg for water.
Bars deserve special attention. The beach and pool bars only serve drinks. At the same time, the equipment is set up in such a way that you get 1/3 of beer in a disposable cup, the rest is foam. The staff is always with distorted faces (especially the bartenders in the bars on the beach).
Beach. For two hotels (line 1 and 2), not just a small, but a tiny beach. At 7 am already all the sun loungers are occupied.
The bus from the second line to the beach runs 1 time in 20 minutes. There is no graphics. You go out and wait - you are lucky, you wait 10 minutes, you are not lucky - 18 minutes ...
There are no quarantine rules at all. Masks are worn only by staff in the restaurant. There is no mention of distance at all.
Reef. Once it was probably not bad, but now it is half-alive and if you want to look at the fish and the beautiful reef, then you need to swim to the reef of the neighboring hotel or to the Sivy Sharm reef
Wi-Fi on the territory does not work, even at the reception it works every other time.
Children's animation 1 is completely absent.

I do not recommend this hotel for holidays, especially for families with children.

We will not return to it for sure and I will not recommend it to any of my friends.
