We stayed at this hotel from 08/10/11 to 10/19/11. The agency bought me and my boyfriend a room on the first line with a sea view. That's how they settled us. A friend had to live overlooking the pool on the first line. But she was settled on the second line, citing the fact that the voucher indicated a view of the pool, and not a line. Therefore, make sure that the type and line are indicated in the voucher. However, we asked well, and she was moved to our next room (no money).
1. About the hotel. On the second line, the numbers are newer and larger. But we liked the first one too. On the first line there is a medium-sized deep pool. And on the second huge pool, but shallow. It is difficult to find a place there if you did not come in the morning.
The Russian staff understands a little. If there are no special problems, then you can get by with knowledge of Russian. But in English everything is solved faster. They clean decently, at least for us and our friends.

They flew from Pegasus. The hotel guide Anya is friendly, BUT she didn’t tell anything about the case. Even what to do in the event of an insured event. With excursions, too, everywhere I made a little mistake, but not catastrophically.
2. Nutrition. I read in the reviews that the main restaurant is on the second line. When I arrived, I did not understand why they wrote that. Restaurants differ only in size (there are more on the second line), but the food is exactly the same. All drinks are brought by waiters. I warn those who are bothered by this.
On the first line there is also a restaurant "El Bedouin". There, the choice of food is much smaller, but there are barbecues and some other meat that is cooked in front of you. But there is no free alcohol. For that, there are excellent hookahs for $ 4. There is an Italian restaurant - it is also free, but by appointment. I recommend signing up on the first day, as there is a record for several days in advance. There is also a sports bar on the second line, but we just looked in there.
3. Sea. The beach at the hotel is small, but it turned out to be enough, since most people prefer the pool. There are always free sunbeds. The entrance is only from the pontoon and immediately very deep. As always a lot of fish.
