Stayed at this hotel from 12/11/13 to 12/20/13. The settlement was swift, the spouse filled out the questionnaire longer than they gave me the key to the room. We paid for the standard, we were supposed to live on line 1, and lived in a deluxe on the second. But I don't know if it's a plus or a minus. The room is chic. Everything worked there. Large and beautiful territory. The bus took those who wished to the sea and other parts of the hotel without stopping from 8 am to 11 pm, and you could leave and arrive right from the door of your room. This was not relevant to us, but parents with small children and the elderly actively used it, this is a big plus of the hotel. Cleaned up well. The cleaner twisted animals and other things from towels, for 9 days it never happened again. Towels were changed periodically, but bed linen, in my opinion, no, well, maybe I'm wrong
I liked the large number of pools on the second line. True, and for the small occupancy of the hotel, only the average was heated, and then up to 20 degrees on 19.12 they turned on the heating of 2 pools to 26. On the second line there are two calm water slides. They work all the time
The hotel has free internet via wi-fi 500 MB for each device for free, this is quite enough to communicate with family and watch the news, the speed is quite decent.

The staff is very attentive trying to please the guests. The concept of food seemed strange at first, very chic and varied breakfast and dinner, and lunch is like a snack. Although this is probably correct - it is not necessary to go to a restaurant for lunch, you can have a bite to eat near the beach and near the pool. The food was tasty and edible, everything was enough. Although at first it was surprising that there was simply no fruit for lunch, not even guava. I liked the evening decoration of the restaurant. Every evening a candlelit dinner, very romantic. I liked the live music in the Qbar in the evenings. Evening entertainment at the sports bar was standard for Egyptian hotels. The animators were English-speaking, the first half of the vacation we saw them for about an hour in the sports bar in the evening and that's it. On December 17, a new team of animators arrived, these were a little more active, they appeared on the beach and organized a game of volleyball. But, I did not notice any exercises, no water aerobics, no dancing. SPA on the first line worked 3 times a week, it was great We love to relax in December in Egypt. This year we were unlucky with the weather, it was cold for several days, and the sea in this bay was never closed. The sea is warm, the reef is beautiful, there is something to see. Although, to be objective, there were more fish, especially large ones, in hadab and nambka, but local and regular guests of the hotel say that there are usually more fish here, probably because of the weather. On the other hand, we can say that we were lucky, we saw the rain in Egypt. It's rare for them too.
In the evening visited Soho area 400 m from the hotel. A beautiful well-groomed square with a fountain that works like a wave pool in the Kharkov water park 10 minutes per hour, probably a crisis or winter, I don’t know. In general, I liked the rest. The hotel corresponds to its category. I would love to go back there if possible. I love a quiet measured rest.
