Only their Arabs (also not happy) and Slavs come to the hotel - apparently there is an agreement on the sale of vouchers by tour operators only to the Slavs. Foreigners are more fortunate, they do not sell the hotel, apparently they are afraid of European scandals, and we are suckers and will not prove anything. A criminal case has been initiated against JoinUp for the mass sale of tours to this hotel. All tourists who have visited this hotel are struggling with travel companies to return compensation for services sold, but not actually rendered, such as 1st line, beach bar and pool bar and all inclusive; write claims and prepare lawsuits in court; and, or at least to close this hotel and not sell tours by fraud. But so far there are no positive results. JoinUp didn't even reply to me via feedback.

The water was at least 27 degrees and it was warmer in the water than in the air. There were problems with towels, there were not enough for everyone, but on the 3rd day of my stay, many new ones were brought in. As such, there is no longer such a problem. The bar on the beach is sad. There was only sprite, cola and water. With alcohol beer and gin. At 11:00 they brought pizza or sandwiches with chicken. A photographer comes to the beach. For breakfast there were boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, two types of cabbage, onions, peppers), you could make a salad, fried sausage with vegetables, milk porridge, potatoes, feta, hard cheese, sausage, yogurt and buns. For lunch and dinner there were also vegetables, soup, bulgur, potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables, fish, meat (chicken, beef, lamb), sweets. Of the fruits were tangerines, oranges, melon, dates. All stewed vegetables were not raw, which is strange, usually in hotels the vegetables are half-cooked. Tea and coffee were in thermoses. The coffee was milk. At the bar you could take sprite, cola, fanta, beer, gin.
Beach. The beach is a maximum of 5 minutes on the stairs (about 80). The beach is good. Two pantones. The water world is wonderful. There were even boats and scuba diving. The water was at least 27 degrees and it was warmer in the water than in the air. There were problems with towels, there were not enough for everyone, but on the 3rd day of my stay, many new ones were brought in. As such, there is no longer such a problem. The bar on the beach is sad. There was only sprite, cola and water. With alcohol beer and gin. At 11:00 they brought pizza or sandwiches with chicken. A photographer comes to the beach. We got a room on the right side of the reception, on the ground floor - not bad enough based on the reviews of other guys. It is clear that it requires a good general cleaning - but alas, there is. No insects were seen, the furniture is old but comfortable, the bedding and towels are washed but fresh. In the bathroom, everything is shaky and rests on parole, but everything worked. Several times they cleaned the room, folded the figures and changed the towels.
The kitchen is greasy, but you can choose, although every day is the same. We ate rice (it was always delicious, cooked perfectly), there were always fresh vegetables (cabbage, cucumber, tomato, pepper), well, plus for lunch and dinner or fish (fatty) or deliciously cooked chicken... there was also fried liver (but always undercooked) and beef meat (like chewing gum). We were lucky, everything worked for us, nothing leaked, there was always hot water, no insects were seen in the refrigerator and the air conditioner worked well. But they heard that other pipes burst, that there was no hot water, and so on.
The food is poor, but after the indignation of many guests, it improved a little. But there were failures with hot water and poorly flushed the toilet. There is no shampoo and soap. Rather, when they asked, they brought it, but initially it was not. Nutrition. Of course, do not wake up to starve. But the fish and chicken are very dry. Pasta is impossible to eat. And some fruit too. Drinks, tea, coffee are fine, but there are no juices, only soluble ones like UPI. The beach is close. The beds are old. The beach bar is open until 4pm. They don't know how to make cocktails. But you can have a bite to eat there. There are few fish, so we took diving very impressed. Also safari. . I especially remember how they looked at the stars through a telescope and rode camels. And an excursion to Cairo is generally a bomb. On a comfortable bus. We looked at the pyramids, visited the museum and the popyrus exhibition.
