Family vacation at Novotel Palm in December. There were three of us - my wife and I and a child of 7 years. We arrived at 8 in the morning, we were settled at about 9-30, and instead of a standard room, they settled us in a family room with a separate children's room. The cleaning of the room is excellent, the attitude of the staff is good-natured, the hotel is quiet and calm like a family, it takes a maximum of 5-7 minutes to go to the beach, there is a sandy entrance to the sea, there are corals, umbrellas and sun loungers for free. The food is good, the only thing I would add more meat dishes. The hotel had children's animation, the children really liked it, the lack of animation is that the children were not busy for a long time. In general, with the exception of minor shortcomings, the rest was very satisfied.
