I am writing in hot pursuit, we returned yesterday (03/29/18) in the evening.
I liked the hotel! Room 5211 opposite the pool on the second level. The room is large, good, you can see the sea from the balcony, there is weak Wi-Fi, but we bought a card and the Internet was always there (14 gigs for two was enough for a week). Huge bed.

Gorgeous area! Unearthly beauty! Everything blooms, smells, beautiful birds (even a small hawk flew in), butterflies, lizards. Everything is clean and white. Grass - fall and lie! Everything is constantly watered, both autonomously and by hand. After dinner, spray something from insects. Flies in the morning, small mosquitoes in the evening. Buy something from mosquitoes, because these reptiles are not seen or heard, but they bite painfully.
The staff is very friendly, everyone smiles, says hello, ask how are you.
Room cleaning is good. They provided a bathrobe and slippers upon request.
There are three pools in Palm - the main one next to the bar, there is a bigger one right next to it (if you want to make a swim) and we had a very small one next to the room, they didn’t swim there. There is also a children's room next to the main one.
The pool bar serves local drinks. The beer is light, like water - as I like it : ), strong locals have not tried it. For lunch and dinner they give local wine, not bad, but there are no sweet wines.
Food. If you do not qualify for Michelin stars, then you can always choose something. On Sunday we had a very tasty BBQ dinner.
I won't say anything about desserts! If I loved sweets, then I would have gained 5 kg for sure! I don’t particularly advise you to visit restaurants with coupons, only if you want service with a waiter, otherwise....
For an afternoon snack at the pool they give pancakes and delicious ice cream. And french fries with some meatballs.
I would especially like to mention the best employee of the hotel - the person who translates across the road to the sea! He is very diligent - when he saw us, he always ran with his wand and stopped cars, once he even cursed the driver very menacingly.

I liked Palm more than Beach. In Palma, the rooms are larger, fewer people, quieter. If you want comfort and tranquility in the evening - choose Palm.
Probably the only negative is the music : ), from Thursday to Sunday they played the same disc, then they changed it to a more decent one.
We liked everything! If we meet again, I will choose this hotel.
I forgot to say about the convenient location - to Naama Bay along the promenade at a leisurely pace for 10 minutes, to the old city by taxi 7 minutes (2-3 dollars), to Soho 6 dollars. If you want extreme sports - minibus : ))).
