Rested in Novotel Palm in mid-December 4 people. We arrived around an hour, we were asked to wait because the rooms had not yet been cleaned. At check-in we asked for rooms close to each other, we put a "tip" in our passports. About three o'clock we were given rooms not far from each other on the first floor overlooking the wall. One was a little better, the other had a sewer smell. We asked to change. The Russian-speaking manager does not solve anything, and their manager pretended for a long time that he was looking for something for us, after he announced that everything was full, perhaps tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. After our urgent request, the next day we were taken to the very end of the hotel by some labyrinths, and a day later they said that they did not have enough rooms for tourists. In short, we didn’t try to change the room any more, but tried to stay in it less, because the sewer smell very clearly seeped into the room.
Of the advantages of the hotel: the territory is clean, there are not enough plants, the warm pool is large, the rooms are cleaned normally, although they put only 1 shampoo and gel + 2 bars of soap (this is in 5 *), 1 towel for the feet. The food is varied, but mostly tasteless, including pastries. Fruit is scarce and rare. But the juices in the bar and on the beach (packaged) in sufficient quantities.
The beach is narrow, so the sunbeds are tightly packed in several rows, but the entry into the sea is convenient, small reefs delight with a variety of fish.
